Shockingly bad automated email service, no human apology, no update on what is happening. They took the money no problem but the flowers have not arrived and no one has bothered to contact me to explain why they could not deliver to a company address.

A poor website. When I got to pay It wouldnt let me. But their support staff are rubbish.. DONT USE THEM full stop

I am incredibly disappointed with the delivery and with the flowers. The flowers were left in the front garden. There was no note put through the letter box saying where the flowers were. It was a surprise gift so no-one at the address was expecting them. My parents arrived home after 5pm in the dark and they didn’t see the flowers on the lawn so they were out all night long. They were discovered at 10am the following morning, sodden box, and flowers in a bad way since being in the cold all night. On top of that, the bunch was disappointing, no different than a morrrisons £5 bunch. I expected better service of delivery and a better product. I am disappointed. Will not order from this company again.

Unhappy..........Had to pay £7.99 for delivery but they advertise free delivery. What a con. Flowers were not Autumn burst as requested. O well live and learn...............

Ordered flowers; the wesbite, delivery service and communication was good - Unfortunatly the quality of the flowers delivered vs the picture advertsied was sub standard. Contacted customer service who made no attempt to resolve my complaint and defended the poor display.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My husband bought a £45 bouquet which honestly isn’t worth £10. Nothing like the photos, he was mortified when they arrived. The company do not believe they are missselling in anyway and will not accept any liability or give us an exchange or refund. Roses are dying so we were advised to pull off outer petals, bouquet is mainly bush like foliage. Absolute joke!

As a loyal customer of Serenata I ordered some flowers for a friend to say thank you for helping me after my dad had passed away. It was meant to be a special surprise for him. When he got home from work he found the box of flowers lying on their side in the rain. It had been raining all day and the box was soaked through and full of slugs. There is a covered porch area outside his house where the flowers could have been left to prevent them getting wet!! Instead of coming home to the nice surprise I wanted him to have, he had to come home and deal with the mess instead. Not the 'Thank You' I wanted him to have. The Customer Service team at Serenata have been shockingly poor - and not prepared to compensate me. After 10 emails (yes 10) they finally offered me a £4 refund. I will not be using this company ever again and would advise you to avoid at all costs.

Nothing like the picture online and very small for the price you pay! Your better off getting a bunch from Morrison’s and asking a friend to hand deliver!

I have been using serenata for years and been on both ends of sending and receiving and I honestly cannot recommend them enough! The flowers are always beautifully presented and the box intact which allows the flowers to be lush and full upon opening. I would 100% recommend them (and have done several times) for anyone looking to send flowers, even if they are last minute!

After shopping with Serenta for years with no problems, I needed to complain about my latest order.I dealt with the most rude sarcastic customer service person named Sarah,All I can say is don’t ever complain because she just didn’t understand the disappointment,The ad for the flowers said 20 blooms she actually sent me a e-mail listing 18 blooms and still continued to deny it.

Disgusted with customer service as I ordered a wreath for a funeral the wreath arrived 3 hours late. Moreover the wreath arrived with no name on of the person's funeral so the funeral directors did not know what funeral the wreath was for. Totally disgraceful and no apology or anything from the customer service. Don't use

I ordered a rose-plant with a pot for my best friends birthday. If I knew the plant was going to last only for a week I would have bought a bouquet instead..... The plant was eaten by a lot of small worms.... Considering that the plant has been inside all the time in a very clean and clear office, there is no way the warms magically came around after the actual delivery. I am highly disappointed. Expected much more. On top of that Serenata Flowers Customer Service refuses to help me in the matter. They wont send a new flower, and they wont refund me any money what so ever, even tho it's only been 6 days since the plant arrived. I would suggest to not order anything from this company as you don't know what quality you are getting and the company take no responsibility what so ever. I could have understood if the plant just died and was dried out or something, but this is clearly not the case which the pictures shows as well. (And it's not cheap money either.) I've just lost £50. Do yourself a favour and order your flowers/plant from another company!!

I ordered flowers for a colleague's 60th birthday, the courier apparently left a calling card I didn't receive and not even a phone call to say they were unable to find the address which was clearly put on the order form. I then on the day of delivery was emailing back and forth requesting when will delivery be made and requested some sort of compensation as I specified the date I needed delivery and it was not made until the next day. They do not want to even want to make amends eg: compensation of some sort, in their eyes as long as the flowers were delivered that's good enough for them! What a disappointment I will certainly not be ordering from them again.

My father in law has sent flowers to my wife's birthday. The flowers has not been delivered, though it was written that it was. Contact service is helpless and rude. Delivery man hasn't tried to call neither using the door ring, nor using the phone. Have no idea where he has left the flowers (may be he didn't even come?). For the whole birthday we have to investigate what have happened instead of celebrating. Can't believe that such awful service available in the 21st century.

Horrified at the state of the Funeral wreath that was delivered for my husbands fathers funeral it looked like it was out of a skip and there was hardly any flowers on it and they were dead . so embarrassed and how could a florist do that

Due to malfunction of their website I was unaware that an order I placed on 05/10/2019 was duplicated. I was however concerned that I may have paid twice for my intended single order destined for one recipient(same address, same birthday). The rotating payment processing icon continued rotating, so I tried my payment again, but on contacting Serenata they confirmed that I had not paid twice. They failed to check a possible duplicated order. Having received received email confirmation of only one order. Yes, it could have ended up in "SPAM" I did not worry, until I checked my bank statement which showed 2 payments of 31.98 debited. A long exchange of emails followed but they rigidly refused to reimburse me 31.98 ignoring the fact that I had been a loyal customer for well over 5 years, So much for their regard for their client base. Check their current decreasing rating for yourself. NO SURPRISE. Profit comes before their appreciation of client loyalty, regardless of their assertions to the contrary. They are a total disgrace as a company. Pearse O´Connell (retired 80 yr old).

I am not looking for a refund, but i have to say the flowers that i ordered for my aunties funeral were shameful, absolutely nothing like the picture. im just sorry i ordered the card that that had my name on that pathetic bunch of 3rd rated flowers. dreadful.

Ordered flowers for a funeral with specific details of the day and time they were to be delivered to the funeral director.Received a standard notification on the day of the funeral that they had not been delivered,customer service response was robotic and appalling blaming it on having no control over their courier or delivery times.Should be a priority of a flower delivery service that promotes itself as offering good service.No apology,no effort to resolve and deflected all responsibility.Made a distressing funeral occasion even more distressing.Terrible service and no refund offered.Would never recommend them or use the service again.

Awful, arrived after I'd left work. I messaged them to be told nothing would happen as they can deliver until 9pm so unlucky. Unfortunately it's a Friday! Thanks for such a brisk attitude and really making my anniversary special! Please do not use as their attitude really isn't great!
