I gave this company one last chance as previous flowers were not worth the amount I paid..this time was even worse delivered to a empty house as of error with address due to their own auto address drop down bar...who would deliver to a vacated house without even phoning to check surely common sense would say if house isnt lived in flowers not required there must be an error...beware no common sense no sense of dignity to recipient that had just list her mum

Flowers delivered to wrong address Be careful when ordering on line drop down bar incorrect for post code so flowers never received if I paid again they would...disgraceful...do not buy from

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on the anniversary of her losing her baby. I tracked the flowers and then got a message to say they had been delivered which was not the case. After contacting them several times to resolve the situation they offered me a ‘ complimentary’ redelivery. The day in question had passed so I told them I wanted a refund and this was agreed and was duly received. I would not use this firm again as they created great disappointment to my daughter and myself. Contacting them is also difficult. Definitely a firm to avoid!

So I've used this company twice. The first time I used them to send flowers to England was in May for my grandmother's funeral, I ordered them to arrive the day before the funeral at the funeral home but devastingly they arrived the day After the funeral! They were meant to be placed on top of the coffin in the church as I was her eldest grandson we were very close. Customer service but very good all they offered was to refund my money. No offer of a goodwill gesture nothing.

DO not use this company. What an awful operation. They keep on failing to deliver the flowers that I ordered, and cannot even explain why they failed. What a disaster.

COWBOYS. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They added on a card which I didn’t even order and despite several emails they refuse to refund the amount and don’t answer questions. What they don’t understand is that they won’t get away with it.

Really disappointed with the service. I was getting married urgently at home yesterday (Tuesday) and my family ordered two bouquets to be delivered on Monday. They didn't arrive. The firm was contacted and my family told nothing more than there were some delivery issues. The firm was asked to get the flowers to me by 10 am Tuesday morning, ready for a noon wedding. They finally arrived at 5pm, after the wedding. The delivery driver told me that he had been given no instructions to get them to me earlier. I know my family are complaining to the company but these flowers were hanging round in transit for a day longer than necessary and one bouquet, at least, suffered slightly. That, though, is nothing compared to the disappointment for us that the flowers didn't arrive in time. I certainly will not consider using Serenata.

AWFUL!Please use an alternative. I wish we had.A £40 bouquet bought as a special gift and after just 2 days it had to be thrown away. My parents were embarrassed to tell us about how awful the flowers were. When I contacted the firm they basically said. TOUGH LUCK. You didn’t read the T&c’s!! Too late to complain.

The flowers arrived on time as promised, but were wilting. My flowers lasted about six days in total before dying. I can't say I was overwhelmed and my partner would of been better off getting me a nice bunch from Tesco. Happiness was most certainly not what they delivered and despite advertising DPD as the delivery company, they took a chance and used yodel. My peace bouquet did not resemble the picture of the website and my colleague bought lid; roses lasted longer.

Although the flowers I ordered were beautiful and as requested, the vase I ordered was completely the wrong colour. The customer services have been appauling and will not refund the vase cost of £4.99 (hardly going to break the bank) and have been very rude wile telling me so. I certainly wouldn't risk using them again. They get 2 starts for the quality of the flowers and the delivery process.

Very very poor service, I my opinion. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt from my mother. For my aunts 80th birthday. Over 24 hours before the flowers were due to be delivered my aunt went into hospital with an aneurysm, firtubsyeut she survived but is she is still in hospital. I contacted this firm by email (5+ emails) , logged a request on their portal but all to no avail. They completely ignored me, Over 24 hours after I first told them to wait a couple of weeks until my aunt was home again, they deliver the flowers. To any empty house. Finally they come back to me and say I had informed they to delay the delivery too late. I gave them more than 24 hours notice! The lack of responsiveness of this firm is extraordinary and while I searched and searched for a simple contact phone number, I could find none. You would never use again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered at a venue for a 60th birthday, the delivery has never happened despite my chasing. The occasion has now passed and still no flowers, I’ve asked for a refund but they have refused and offered a credit. What an absolutely abysmal service.

I ordered a £30 bouquet. The flowers were far smaller in number than those indicated on the website with excessive foliage instead. Furthermore, the few flowers that were in the bouquet wilted significantly within just 4 days. I have purchased supermarket flowers at a fraction of the cost that have lasted much much longer. When I contacted the customer service department about this, they could not have been more unhelpful, they clearly could not have cared less about the inferior quality product that they provided.

I have never seen such a poor bunch of flowers! My brother in law would have been better to have picked them up at the petrol station and that’s saying something. I am so angry that he has wasted his money on such a poor bunch. Should have gone to Tesco and bought a nice bunch for a fiver. Will not leave my name as I do not want to hurt the feelings of my family.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had (and I am a Virgin Media customer!). I ordered s bouquet of flowers for my partner ( a florist) and what arrives was nothing short of awful. Dead and dying roses, missing items and when I complained I was told that the 'guard petals' needed to be removed. Absolute tosh. I have sent 30+ emails and keep getting fobbed off. I am now going legal. The money is not important, but as consumers, we cannot be treated like this. Please, please, please NEVER use this company again!!!

I choose this company from many in the UK for a very special occasion which was unfortunately ruined. My delivery was set for Friday and while 1 attempt at delivery was made, no note from the courier or redelivery attempt was made that day. After being informed by the company they would ensure the flowers were delivered, they were not delivered over the next 3 days, despite family waiting home to receive them. After dealing with various members from customer service, they have offered a refund or a redelivery. The only adequate response would have been to refund the order and deliver it in Earnest, given the inconvenience, which they refused to do. I would go with another company. There are many.
