229839622 Ordered flowers yesterday and got my email to say flowers delivered. Once again , no flowers received. This is the second time this has happened in a few weeks. Contacted customer support who simply said sorry for any inconvenience and you can resend. I ordered the flowers for a special friends birthday , the fact that they did not get the flowers on their birthday is bad enough but they did not even try to compensate for their mistakes . I had to email numerous times before they would even resend my order. Shocking service and think the company needs a new driver who delivers the flowers . The company is going to loose a lot of business as 6 people I know will not use this company ever again .

I wasn’t very impressed by the flowers. There are 5 carnations and a lot of greenery and something in bud. Inside the box some were up one way and some the other way round. It was very dry and I had to get them in water quickly. Delivered by Yodel who shoved them through the door and broke our letterbox! I wouldn’t want to send this bouquet to anyone!

I want a full refund after this disgusting performance, don't ever use this company, they are not fit for purpose. Never got my delivery and still keeping my money, won't contact me professionally, ruined my surprise for my daughter, you can't get that back. E-mails won't open and no one is listening. Don't use them.

the flowers I received today were not as stated in the picture atall!! they were small and half of the flowers were dying. I paid quite a bit for these flowers and I am highly disappointed. the gift card I received had pen on. false advertisement, would not recommend at all!!! get better flowers at a corner shop.

Awful display. Make sure you take photo as soon as you receive otherwise customer service nil. I was not techno minded (pensioner) but no good more or less was told TOUGH get over it. Order at your peril.

I have placed reviews of this company on many sites so as to save people, upset, disappointment and money. Please always look at review sites before ordering anything.

Received an email claiming delivery failed even though recipient was at home. No phone number exists for Serenata or for the courrier they use - spoke to Serenata by email and was simply told they’d “keep the flowers in the van and try again tomorrow”. Completely unacceptable service - they refused a refund, refused to reattempt delivery that day and refused to exchange for a fresh bouquet the next day. Will never use this service again and do not recommend to anyone.

Disappointed to say the least, I purchased an arrangement of the Winter Fair flowers for my mums birthday, whilst they were delivered on time the "arrangement" (and I use that term loosely) she received was absolutely nothing like the picture which claimed when you order that you will receive "the same beautiful bouquet as displayed". The picture shows a beautifully arranged bouquet with all the flowers spread out nicely and evenly, what we received was each type of flower bunched together and not arranged at all. What should have been a lovely surprise for my mum looked like a bunch of flowers from a garage forecourt which for the price I paid I certainly did not expect her to receive. Upon emaling my complaint I was told that the bouquet contained the correct amount of stems (which it does, that isn't my issue) and should I require further assistance to feel free to contact them in the future ! I questioned again why the "bouquet" wasn't arranged as in the picture and was told "We are sorry for any upset caused on this occasion. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us again." Seranata haven't assisted me on this occasion and I certainly won't be using them again as they appear to have absolutely no customer service.

Found my birthday flowers on doorstep yesterday, absolutely disgusted with them and upset that my daughter had obviously been ripped off. Still waiting to hear from them but feel it’s highly unlikely I’ll get a response.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Do not buy of this company. The company think it’s ok to dump flowers on some door step in the pouring rain and wind and get ruined. I have complained to the company which has come to no avail, offered no refund. Serenata have requested photos. The flowers were sent to my mother who does have a complex phone and stressed her out when asked her to take a picture. Appalling customer service and flowers.

Don’t waste your money, ordered flowers for the death of a child from the US going to the UK they were left on the porch of the wrong address, no excuse because they had the phone number of the recipient. No response from Serenata Flowers. So upset and disappointed.

Stay well clear. Not worth the hastle, headache, anger or dissappointment. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I received an email at 1pm to advise they had been successfully delivered. When i checked up with the recipient i was advised that nothing had been delivered. When contacting Seranata, they advised it was delivered and left outside. At the door/garden the box was found where they had been sitting all day on a rainy winters day. The box had a message saying keep upright, the flowers were left the wrong way around. There had been someone in all day yet no one knocked. Had i not checked they wouldve lay there for god knows how many days. When contacting their customer service, i found there was no phone number. Katie in customer service showed no empathy, and quite frankly didnt care. I was offered 20% off a future order. The flowers themself were small, rubbish and didnt appear fresh. They refused to provide me with a complaint reference number despite asking several times, to try to stop further action being taken. Worst customer service.

Ordered Christmas flowers on 17 December for my mother in-law, they never arrived and only response just a sorry email! Very disappointing, tried them again NYE and they arrived late! Needless to say will never use them again! What's more frustrating is we live in Australia and the in-laws are in the UK hence why we sent flowers as we weren't there to celebrate with them.

Unable to complete my delivery in the timeframe set online . “ I am very sorry to advise our partner has informed they are unable to complete your delivery today We would like to resend your order for tomorrow.“ If a select a delivery date I am expecting that day . If I knew I would go with a different flower shop .

order 2 large bunches on dec 21st for 24th both arrived both half dead after a few email told not good enoungh sent 2 more bunches out for me should have turned up on 29th in all day no arrival then told would be next day yes turned up monday today is only wed 2 days later and they have all gone over very poor when ordering close on £70 worth

Ordered flowers for 99 year old great grandmothers birthday. Two failed deliveries, flowers arrived 3 days late. Half bouquet was dead, there was no gift card message. Fighting for a refund, they’ve requested photos, what a massive disappointment and truly upsetting experience.

I ordered flowers for my dying father in law!! The status of the flower were failed deliver when I looked on the tracking! So when I contacted them I was told that the address was wrong! They won’t be delivering and I won’t be getting a refund! Disgraceful!! And if address was wrong why was I not contacted apparently I’d left the house number out!!!

I am very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I had delivered to a dear friend. The bouquet was lacking flowers and wasn’t full of blooms like the image I had chosen. I felt very embarrassed when I saw the flowers that had been delivered. I will not use this company again

I bought Chrismas fair bouquet for my wife but was very disappointed with it. The flowers were very sparse compared to the photo on the website. Delivery was on time but the flowers were very poor value for money. I will use my local supermarket from now on.
