So Serenata Flowers have had every attempt to deal with this but after 16 emails they have failed to do so. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Firstly I attempted to order some birthday flowers and was unable to add a message as each time I tried typing a word this sort of thing happened 'Have' HaHaveHave came up instead (that happened despite many attempts to log in and out). I sent an email to the company and had to give up, having wasted unreal time. I tried again having received an email from them saying my order was still in my basket - and had the same thing. I then spent almost 30 minutes tortuously trying to add a few lines which I managed to do through my perseverance. To my horror when I received the receipt the date for delivery had changed from the date I needed to the next day. I attempted to change the date, but it was not accepted although it was telling me I had over 16 hours to make the change. I was in despair. I have used this 'service' in the past and, having read recent reviews I saw some pretty appalling feedback and was tempted to go elsewhere - now I wish I had. Serenata seemed to think they had provided good customer service by celebrating to me the fact they had managed to deliver the flowers on the correct date after all. I asked for my experience to be made into a formal complaint, I received a response saying they had reported this to their IT Dept! I again asked for this to be made formal which they said they would - 12 days later I chased up again and had the same first reply - they had passed my comments on to the IT Dept!! I suggested they might want to offer some sort of incentive to regain my custom - I even asked had they maybe put in a few extra flowers as a gesture of goodwill - none of this was even acknowledged just a 'sorry' Whilst not wanting to ask the recipient whether the flowers were lovely I did ask a previous friend who I'd sent to and she confessed they were of poor quality. Total waste of time, money and effort - my advice - go elsewhere, in my view these people should not be in business.

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday, flowers have not arrived. Someone was in all day, apparently there was a delivery attempt and a card was left, no card was left. Nothing done about this.

Ordered delivery last Tuesday for delivery Saturday. Not delivered but money taken from credit card. I also think it's a scam. Unable to contact them by phone and no reply to my emails. This is ROBBERY !!!!!!

I ordered flowers from South Africa for delivery in UK for my daughter's birthday on 16th October and received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered but to date she still has not received them. Very disappointing and very difficult to make contact with someone at Seranata no reply to my emails and no phone number available to call. Bitterly disappointed.

Never used company before and sent roses for my friends Golden Wedding. The service was excellent. I was kept informed throughout regarding delivery. Arrived on time and by all accounts were well packaged and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you.

leave the correct address..............was delivered to the wrong address. Offered to send more flowers half price.........£50 down the drain. E mails badly spelt and bad grammar. Will never use again........pick a group with a telephone helpline. Disgusting. Hope the person who got the flowers had a nice surprise!!!!!

I ordered flowers from Australia. I picked the address for delivery by typing in the 1st part of the address then selecting it from the drop down box but I noticed after ordering that the address seems incomplete as Market Weighton is in Yorkshire not York and the postcode seems to have been omitted. I tried getting back online to query if they got the full and correct address. I've been trying every 15 minutes for the last 4 hrs but every time I try it "times out". I still don't know if the flowers will get to the correct address but have given up trying as I have better things in life to do than sit at my computer. They can hardly blame the fact they were busy given it was late at night in the UK. I will not bother ordering from this site again. Last time I ordered they forgot the chocolates. Admittedly they did send them later but that is not the point- One error is acceptable- two errors- I will locate a more reputable firm next time.

Ordered flowers for girlfriend's birthday for 20/10 to go to her work, no flowers came received an e-mail on 21/10 to apologies about non-delivery and offering me 15% refund!! This seems to happen to a lot of people so please do not use this company I BEG YOU! I am currently in co-operation with other people who never received their orders when stated and am putting together an file to send off to trading standards. Something is very FISHY with company could even be a SCAM...

I ordered the Outback Adventure size stated 60 cm mine were only 44cm at the longest. Roses more out than expected so only lasted 3 days. I did complain about both issues and was given a small refund. Shame they were lovely flowers. Not sure I would buy again.

My brother who lives in Australia sent some flowers with chocolates and a balloon for my birthday, they came from this company. I have received loads of flowers thru the post so know how to look after them. The flowers were very fragrant but they didn't look spectacular just ok. The lily never did open and the others didn't last long. I contacted their customer services to give them the chance to rectify it. They asked for photos which I sent from my iPhone. After 2 weeks and no reply I asked why they hadn't been in touch and apparently they can't access photos from emails sent from an iPhone. They didn't even contact me to resend them. I can't be bothered with it anymore but in a nutshell the flowers were poor and customer services even poorer.

My son sent me some flowers after I had an operation. When they arrived the roses were brown and starting to wrinkle. I wrote to serenta flowers straight away, haven't heard from them so decided I only had one option but to write a review. Flowers were poor and I had to throw them after 4 days.

Firstly, I'm here because there seems to be no way of complaining to a Serenata if your complaint doesn't fall within the options they give you if you want to send an email, and I made a complaint on FB which was removed and ignored. I've used this company many times and mostly been happy, although there have been some small issues. On this occasion however I tried to order flowers for my aunt's 70th birthday which fell on Bank Holiday Monday, and understandably the company did not give an option for delivery on this day, so I chose delivery for the previous day and worded my message accordingly. The day of the delivery came and I received an email advising me that delivery couldn't take place and that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow instead. As this was my aunt's birthday I was still happy; however the flowers were not delivered until the day after her birthday, which was unacceptable and made my message wrong and meaningless. For this I was given a paltry 15% discount, but what really angers me is the difficulty I've had in complaining. So bye bye Serenata.

I am happy to feedback on 2 beautiful deliveries - recipients very pleased. My sister in law`s husband, in fact, said he`d never seen such a beautiful bouquet! I made it deluxe but that was so nice to hear. Just received thanks from delivery of `Twilight`. It`s good to have reassurance when you don`t see the bouquet yourself. Terrible service, please don't use, the website is very clunky, i ended up with flowers delivered to Brighton instead of London. There was no attempt to accept that it was a website mistake and to try to help the customer out, no refund no care

Totally different flowers to what's advertised and when you complain they say same quality and value !! Do not buy from them go to local garage instead ????

I ordered some Birthday flowers for my Mum who lives on the other side of the world to me. I checked out the reviews looked like a good company to use but they weren't! I received an email saying the flowers and gifts had been dispatched on the day they were due to be delivered 5th August 2016. Great I thought. The next morning no sign of delivery, no word, so I contacted to ask where they were, 6th August, they hadn't been dispatched - not so great - but they could be re-organised to go the following day 7 August. Thankfully better late than never the Birthday flowers arrived unfortunately the roses were almost dead! My Mum was so upset that I had gone to such an effort and didn't want to tell me that when she opened the flower box that had half a dozen dropping head roses that had seen better days. So she thanked me and my Auntie sent me the photo :( Serenata Flowers seriously poor service and would not recommend!

The flowers were OK in terms of quality but there just weren't many of them. The bouquet was mainly 'filler' - greenery for lack of a better term and not much in the way of actual flowers. I even paid extra for the "deluxe" version - I'd hate to think what the standard one looks like. I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't use them again.
