Very poor customer service. Flowers were not delivered, no contact made to say this was the case. Received inaccurate information from them saying delivery attempted. No 'real' attempt to remedy the situation and no offer of goodwill. Would not use this company again.

I submitted an order for same day delivery but nothing arrived. Initially they refused to accept that they received my order despite showing screen shots as evidence. it was not helped by receiving a reply from a different person every time I contacted them. A whole week had gone by and still no offer to refund or resolve the order. In the end it was me that gave up and they stopped contacting me. A shame, as I had used them before with no issues. Customer service seems to struggle when it goes wrong.

This company cares nothing for customer satisfaction or service! Doesn't care that a delivery was failed and no way to rearrange due to no card being left. Don't use them! Avoid avoid avoid. Would give 0 stars if I could for the way they ruined a birthday!

Very nice bouquet of flowers BUT delivered I suspect by 'Yodel' who could not be bothered to ring the bell, just dumped the box on the doorstep! Maybe customers should be aware of a supplier who uses an unreliable carrier.

My sister bought flowers for my wife online for her birthday and never does anything on the cheap. The flowers turned up in an opened box which I thought by its weight was empty. The flowers consisted of four stalks of in opened flowers that you would have walked past at the garage if they were £2.99 as they looked like weeds. The card enclosed was crumpled and cheap to match the awful flowers. I sent a photo and complained online to Serenata as you can't phone to complain and received this message back ... "We have reviewed the photographs you provided and we feel that the bouquet has been made to the quality advertised. Once the flowers bloom, this bouquet will reflect the photograph on our website. We do send flowers at various stages of their life, and sending them in bud form ensures that they last as long as possible." Please avoid this shoddy company unless you are really not keen on the person receiving the flowers

Sent flowers thru them .delivered on the wrong day and all dead!!. Tag had somebody else's address and name. When complained, no acknowledgement or anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, CHEAP FOR A REASON

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I advised Serenata what had happened but I haven't had a reply from them. No acknowledgement, no apology so I am unlikely to use them again, despite being pleased with them in the past. Customer service seems to count for nothing and they would do well to recognise that they are not the only company supplying flowers

I usually use Serenata and have never been disappointed with the flowers they have sent. The last order I made was due to be delivered 5 days ago and has still not been sent. The courier was blamed and I was told they could be resent (at no extra charge to myself!) but as yet they have not been received. I'm glad it was not an important anniversary.

I ordered de-luxe version for a friends anniversary emailed twice to ascertain how many extra flowers could be expected for the extra money, automatic acknowledgement but no reply to my question. Flowers not delivered on requested day mailed my complaint (only way of contacting them ) No reply. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT use this company. Don't deliver on time. Excuse due to traffic conditions because of road traffic accident. Ordered 12.10.15 for the 13th, arrived 14th at 3.30pm. Roses in full bloom obviously having been in a box for a considerable length of time. J.Mather

Service is shocking flowers did not turn up spent two days emailing for refund .no phone number to contact them got the runaround .never missed a birthday in years but did this one. Just been told will get a refund but will take 3 days disgusting please do not order from them.also if you put negative post on the page it gets deleted

I ordered the flowers to be sent for my parents' wedding anniversary. I specified that, if they were not home, the delivery should be left on the doorstep. However, I received a "delivery failed" notification... Unless the delivery driver did not know what a doorstep was, I cannot fathom why this happened! The company is incompetent. Drooping flowers left for over 24 hours in a box, delivered the day after such a special occasion is far from the service I expected. Please spend your money elsewhere to avoid special occasions being ruined!

Awful, Awful, Awful Customer service. I needed to adjust my delivery address within the allowed time frame, but they dispatched my order prior to this and therefore I couldn't actually change the delivery address. There solution was for me to cancel my order at 50% surcharge - Like that was a solution? Awful, Awful, Awful Customer service

Awful customer service. Was not able to adjust a delivery address despite being in the time window to do so. Solution from customer service was to cancel order at 50% cost of my order. Not customer focussed at all. Will never use this service again.

It is a couple of years since I ordered flowers from Serenata and decided to order last week the `Bali Hai `orchids for our 36th wedding anniversary as my wife is a lover of orchids. The ordering service was good and arrangements for them to be deliver at the resturaunt in Oldbury on Severn before Midday to be there for our 7 pm meal went as planned. It was arranged that after our meal for the waitress to bring them the table during coffee. Thats when things went down hill fast. I had ordered a vase with the flowers so they would be presentable. They arrived in the vase wrapped as expected but squashed in the shape of a narrow flute not much wider than the vase itself. I had only ordered the standard blooms of ten, I hate to think what it would have looked like if I had enhanced the order to fifteen. Because that was the only vase available it certainly was not suitable for those delicate flowers. The presentation looked nothing like the standard display on the website. On arriving home the first thing my wife did was to put them in a vase more suitable, but because they had been crushed it was difficult to make them look anything special and haven`t lasted as they should. The flowers themselves would have looked lovely had they not been treated this way. Sorry Serenata but my surprise evening was spoilt because of a very poor presentation coming to the table in what should have been very special evening. Perhaps Serenata should consider advising when an arrangement is not suitable for the ownly vase available. It would have helped if the flowers had not been crushed into a flute. Now very reluctant to order in future. Graham Johnson

Would not recommend flowers arrived late in the day and looked worse for travelling so they were given back to delivery driver (yodel). I am now battling to get a refund company keeps sending e-mails back and forth asking when to phone me . Complete shambles with customer care.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and flowers were not delivered! Despite all the apologies the entire order process and after care was a complete joke. Order at your peril, this company is shite and not worth the money they charge!
