“I bought a pair of socks and the merino-cashmere beanie. The socks were supposed to fit 8-9.5 US, but are way too big and not very thick, especially for the price. The hat fits well (after removal of the huge inside label) and is warm, and comfortable but not nearly as thick and warm as expected for the price and from the picture on the site. So, overall, the socks are not usable and the hat, while very nice, is not a great value--I expected much more for the price.”

“Bought the centenary sweater and I'm really pleased with it. The staff were very helpful and the quality of the sweater is brilliant, it's comfortable, fits perfectly and I'm looking forward to testing it in Norway.”

“I’ve been buying Shackelton products since they first started out in a smart ‘pop-up’ shop by Selfridges. Most of my wardrobe is Shackelton from base layers to parkas. All very high quality and brilliantly designed. Can’t fault the products or the service. My go to label of choice.”

“1. The recently bought a belt, the 'centenary', is only but a shadow of the previous one which I still use and like. 2. As a big fan of Shackleton's quality knitwear, now I cannot find anything of interest bar the Hero model - much loved. Particularly I regret the absence of the Nimrod:-) 3. Finally, the last and least, lack of any guidance for the overseas customer as to the total cost of import so one is left at the mercy of local duty agencies. Best regards Artur”

“I am new to the Shackleton Range and purchased a number of their items online based on reviews; however I’d not tried the items on in a shop so I was a little apprehensive to say the least. Let’s say that I needn’t have worried because the quality and look of the products are second to none. Understated and stylish probably sum up their products the best. I’ve never had so many compliments about a sweater in my life and I will be buying a another hero sweater in a different colour in the new year I am so happy with it. Being an active mountaineer myself and the owner of several down jackets the Rothera most definitely outshines the others in terms of looks and build quality. Absolutely amazing products all round;I would not hesitate to recommend Shackleton products to anyone.”
