“Do not order from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I did. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. It was too big so I started the return that same day because of their strict 14 day return policy. They purposely don't respond quickly to drag out the 14 days. When I did finally get a response they told me it was a custom dress which it was not, and I could not return it. Do not order from them@!”

“Please don’t order from them, it’s a scam you will not get what you ordered it can not be returned they shut the live chat off as soon as your product is delivered bc of the volume of unsatisfied customers. I have a ripped dress which is the only wait they take a damn return and still I can’t get them to answer. It’s a scams your better off calling your bank telling them it’s fraudulent chargers then ever getting them to do the right thing”

“Buyer beware Dresses are not the correct size or cut for standard Uk Sizing Received stock item dress does not fit die to the above therefore it does class as faulty as the sizes are not relevant to what you are buying Informed them within 24 hours of receiving messaged them now every day for the last week via the tickets service some days twice no response raised a case with PayPal BUYER BEWARE I would like to vote 0 stars out of pocket and no dress this is no way to run a business”

“Please let me start by explaining my first order was dumped on my doorstep in a residential area. I contact Stacees who fobbed me off with offering me £30. I did however accept as I thought £30 was better than nothing and it was clear I was never going to get anything more, due to delivering a sob story about materials and running a business isn’t easy. I then placed a second order of the same dress as I needed this for my best friends wedding. However they paused the dress from being shipped. When I contacted them and explained the time had passed and I no longer needed the dress. I was offered a full refund, as I hadn’t received the second dress. Prior to this I had left a review about this company and suggested no one use them. They emailed me asking me to take down my negative review and they will refund me in full on the orders. Since the 17th May I have been chasing this refund daily as I’m over £200 out of pocket. I done as they asked and removed my review however they then stopped replying to any of my messages. I did not receive a refund. I have communicated with them explaining I will share my experience everywhere I can. On here, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, their site and this site and any other means of social media where I can raise my awareness about thieving companies. This company should not be able to trade in the Uk and to protect other UK residents I will be going to trading standards and will have to apply to a small claims court for my loss. I will not stop leaving reviews until my money is back. I stuck to their deal the first time and removed my review in order to get my money back. That didn’t happen, so now on my terms no bad reviews will be deleted until my money is returned.”

“The dress is lovely but does not fit. I asked about a refund but they made me 'raise a ticket', then wanted photos, and now say it is too risky to return but will give me £20! That is 14% of what I paid. Very disappointed.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES! Scam, fraud, lying company! All their pics are stock photos! Not of the actual dresses! And they have no available phone number!! Only a WhatsApp number which is invalid!! I ordered two dresses in the same color for an event. The first was clearly a different color, it looked silver not navy and had glitter falling off constantly. And it came wadded up inside out stuffed in a shipping bag! The second was the right color but was damaged. It had all the sequins and beads off one whole side. You could see beads and sequins all inside the bag! Their policy says satisfaction guaranteed and they will refund fully including shipping for color deviation or damage. I have communicated multiple times daily for over three weeks! You only get a response in the middle of the night! (Which I had a chat rep finally tell me it’s because they are not in UK as stated but all employees are in HONG KONG!! Then all they will ever say is the would give me 30% refund and keep the dresses because they would not likely arrive if I return them!! And IF I chose to return they would give me 70% minus the shipping of the dress once and IF they receive it!! They are a fraudulent company for sure!!”

“Never never buy from this company. We purchased a dress from this company and figured that it is too complicated for the size and my daughter emailed on the same day to cancel the order. I had to contact them several times to get the partial refund. I don’t care whether their dress is good or not, if they cannot run the company with honesty, they shouldn’t sell.”

“My daughter ordered a prom dress from Stacees. Unfortunately, the quality was poor and it did not fit. Stacees does not offer refunds or accept returns. The solution that is offered is to order an additional dress for an additional charge. Horrible customer service and poor merchandise quality. If you have any issues or problems you will be unable to return your dress or get your money back.”

“I purchased two dresses and paid extra to have them delivered by a certain date for prom, they arrived SIX days after promised date. I had to purchase otber dresses for the event. Upon initial contact I was told to contact them when the dresses arrived and a full refund and return would be initiated, 8 emails later and they are still refusing to refund and return and are now saying they want to charge ME $50 a dress to return for return shipping. Purchase locally and from the US, this company is out of China and does not care about customer service!”

“Do not order from this company! It’s a scam! I attempted to contact them less than 24 hours after ordering and received zero response. I made a second attempt and again received zero response. Third attempt and they said it was too late to cancel because it was past 24 hours. They have horrible disrespectful customer service and refused to cancel the order. Refused a refund. I will be filling a fraudulent claim with my bank.”

“Don't be fooled by their return policy. They will not provide a return address. They will not accept returns. The only way to contact them is through their online ticket systme and their website chat. After going back and forth many times they offered me 50% of my money back and then they suggested "sell the dress for extra income".”

“The dress looked nothing like the picture of the dress we thought we were getting. The applique looked as if it was just cut and stitched with overflow material stitched on as well... The dress wasn't long enough in the front even though I measured exactly as they requested. The lining is hanging from the bottom. It looked cheap and rushed.”

“wow. i don't even know where to start with this company. i will start by saying i have spent over £300 in total of two dresses which both were not wearable! first dress that arrived, it was damaged because of poor delivery. no notification to say of arrival and was thrown over my gate without any card to let me know etc. no emails..spent 5 days sitting there for me to chase it up to be told! after opening it, it was damp. and for obvious reasons this was not going to be my wedding dress. i also tried it on for sizing reasons to see it was tight in areas after following the measurement guide..after contacting stacees they only offered me £40 back. for a dress i ordered from them and wouldn't even fully refund me! they wouldn't even offer a return service. but, i accepted and let it slide. giving them the benefit of the doubt, (regrettable now) i ordered a new dress. this one costing £200. the new dress arrives. with good communication. handed to me directly. good start. to open it up, not fitting me at all. this time using custom sizes. however the worst part and the only part that bothers me here isnt that i knew the sizing was going to be an issue (could be altered) the dress was not even as advertised! it was absolutely horrendous. the bust area was so poor that it shown the actual pads! i had big round white circular pads over my nipple area that it completed stud out! after yet again contacting stacees, i was furious then. they 'offered' to make me a new one with lining in the bust to hide it. being nervous on timescales for my wedding date i informed them i was getting married on the 29th april. and with their 15 days duration i was concerned they wouldnt fullfill my order in time. they assured me it would be made as a VIP order and it would arrive in time. so i accepted. guess what. today is 21st. date has gone and passed. and its still in production! i ordered this on the 2nd april so not only did they not fullfill my order, i spent £300 total with this company to not wear either of their dresses! after contacting them multiple times leading up to the date. they repeatedly ignored me and then told me they wouldnt be able to issue it in time. so i told them i want a FULL refund for this. what did they answer with? 30% refund! for a mistake THEY made (twice!) i am absolutely furious with this company. they are clearly a chinese based company who rely on bad sales with a small refund offer to make up their money. do that enough they are still making a good killing! i am not the only one who has had issues with this company either, my bridesmaids both had the exact same issues with sizing and again only got a partial refund. they are scammers. i would avoid this company like the plague. i will be making sure this review goes viral on every platform service i know!”

“Scammers send out the wrong size dress and then blame you and won’t let you return for a refund, but they do offer to make another dress for additional cost (how nice of them, NOT) absolute scammers. Now left with a dress that doesn’t fit and would cost me the same again to have it all taken in.”
