“Impossible to return a dress. And their sizes are very different from what you normally wear. Just save yourself the money. I got a two week run around on how to return a dress I can’t even zip up. I wear a 10/12, ordered a Large and it’s too small to even get on. I still haven’t been able to return the dress. Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. Wasted $$$.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They do not stick by their returns policy and they are scamming people. I ordered a dress for over £100 and they are suggesting they refund me £35. Its shocking and going back and forth continuously and not getting anywhere”

“This "company" is the most difficult I have ever tried to deal with! Customer service is pitiful. There is not any clear cut way to return. I spent $347.00 on two dresses. Instead of a return they offered me $50 and to "take the dresses somewhere and sell them". Only place I could take them is an old drapery store and have them hang in the shop windows. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS >>> You MUST be aware this vendor is based in HONG KONG, therefore none of the sales of goods act and UK trading laws can be easily enacted on this reseller as they immediately charge in excess of £30 for any returns, because the goods will be sent to ROW territory back to Hong Kong. We've purchased bridal dresses from them for nearly and over £100 and the quality, material and finish was all very poor - more like a £15 garment from a cost saving low price brand. When queried to return, they immediately suggested holding fees, costs and charges all at our expense despite threating legal action if not resolved. The customer service is slow, delayed, non-coherent in parts and isn't going to provide you with a solution you want without spending the entire price of the goods you purchased several times over. I cannot express enough - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, this e-commerce vendor and website is a total waste of time unless, of course, you like inconvenient surprises or wasting your money... 0 star for quality, customer service, product, brand, garment likeness to listing and overall support as it's TOTALLY misleading.”

“Do not order from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I did. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. It was too big so I started the return that same day because of their strict 14 day return policy. They purposely don't respond quickly to drag out the 14 days. When I did finally get a response they told me it was a custom dress which it was not, and I could not return it. Do not order from them@!”

“Please don’t order from them, it’s a scam you will not get what you ordered it can not be returned they shut the live chat off as soon as your product is delivered bc of the volume of unsatisfied customers. I have a ripped dress which is the only wait they take a damn return and still I can’t get them to answer. It’s a scams your better off calling your bank telling them it’s fraudulent chargers then ever getting them to do the right thing”

“Buyer beware Dresses are not the correct size or cut for standard Uk Sizing Received stock item dress does not fit die to the above therefore it does class as faulty as the sizes are not relevant to what you are buying Informed them within 24 hours of receiving messaged them now every day for the last week via the tickets service some days twice no response raised a case with PayPal BUYER BEWARE I would like to vote 0 stars out of pocket and no dress this is no way to run a business”

“Please let me start by explaining my first order was dumped on my doorstep in a residential area. I contact Stacees who fobbed me off with offering me £30. I did however accept as I thought £30 was better than nothing and it was clear I was never going to get anything more, due to delivering a sob story about materials and running a business isn’t easy. I then placed a second order of the same dress as I needed this for my best friends wedding. However they paused the dress from being shipped. When I contacted them and explained the time had passed and I no longer needed the dress. I was offered a full refund, as I hadn’t received the second dress. Prior to this I had left a review about this company and suggested no one use them. They emailed me asking me to take down my negative review and they will refund me in full on the orders. Since the 17th May I have been chasing this refund daily as I’m over £200 out of pocket. I done as they asked and removed my review however they then stopped replying to any of my messages. I did not receive a refund. I have communicated with them explaining I will share my experience everywhere I can. On here, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, their site and this site and any other means of social media where I can raise my awareness about thieving companies. This company should not be able to trade in the Uk and to protect other UK residents I will be going to trading standards and will have to apply to a small claims court for my loss. I will not stop leaving reviews until my money is back. I stuck to their deal the first time and removed my review in order to get my money back. That didn’t happen, so now on my terms no bad reviews will be deleted until my money is returned.”

“The dress is lovely but does not fit. I asked about a refund but they made me 'raise a ticket', then wanted photos, and now say it is too risky to return but will give me £20! That is 14% of what I paid. Very disappointed.”
