Awful company. Internet constantly down and the customer service is absolutely appalling. Rude employees that ask you pointless questions which doesn’t fix anything. Do not go with this company, they’re a joke.

Just wasted hours on the phone and achieved nothing. Same very stupid trained agents who ask you meaningless questions.I will never in my life return to such horrible services and I do not recommend to anyone. ”Enelle”this agent makes fun of customers she just doesn't respect them.

My internet speed is OK and usually reliable but the customer services (or complete lack of them) is appalling. To get answers to anything other than FAQs I have to create a separate account on a public forum and ask fellow customers - how is that a service? Just found a £5 charge for a speed boost on my account that I do not want and did not ask for - having it removed is proving so painful I am considering leaving and looking elsewhere.

Not atall impressed with this bunch of muppets. Internet that disconects every 10 mins. A bill almost doubled due to a late payment charge. ( 2 days late ). Tried to contact to discuss and customer services can barely speak english. Wont be long before i switch providers.

Sly, Sly, Sly. I'm on a very low income yet you need the internet to function in this day and age. I signed up for an 18 month contract at £22 per month. Low and behold 3 months into the contract the monthly fee has risen to £24.50. According to Talktalk i was informed via email of the price increase however i genuinely can not remember seeing it but that proves nothing. I also confess that i did not look at the whole terms and conditions and now i can't be bothered to because according to them i am tied in to the end of the contract and should i leave i will be charged approx £10 per month for every month my contract still has to run. When you see a price linked with a term length you expect (or at least poor fool me did) the conditions to remain the same such as a 12 month fixed term with British Gas or E.O.N..... Not with this lot. (just look at their offer on uswitch. it looks decent, at first glance) I will see out my contract or i will be billed over £130 for nothing but when it's up i'm gone, NEVER TO RETURN.

They got the worst service team on Earth 🌎 Waited for 20+ days for a connection...and the engineer didn't came When contacted engineer he doesn't even know about this. When contacted to the customer service,after days and hours of talking and fake promises,they told me to wait for another 14 days. I was planning to fight against this maximum...but now I get to know that they are relaxed and this is a common thing for them. They can only do just reply under this like... Sorry to hear that please tweet us to....#sauck.co..,why should I ? Please guys atleast don't reply.

Absolutely disgusting company. We tried to leave Talk Talk 8 months ago and this is now July 2021 every time we give notice it comes to the cease date and the services we have are not disconnected.we have been with BT since January 2021 and they took us across to them from Talk Talk and still now Talk a talk are saying the line is live with them . So frustrating as all we want to do is leave this appalling company but can’t even though we have had so many apologies saying “oh we can see you wanted to leave us and how it’s an error on their behalf. I got to the point I emailed one of the CEO’s of the company and their PA is look into it and really thought we we’re getting there but no ,I was due a call back on Tuesday 20 th July and nothing . Absolutely at the end of my tether, all we want is to leave this horrendous company

worst customer service ever, spoke to manager and requested my partners name to be added on bill, filled up the form and 10 days later she was only added as a nominated user instead, then they say i will have to fill the form again, spoke to canecellation departmenT and the guy started arguing with me instead of listening to me

It has been the worst decision of my life choosing TalkTalk. My internet services was supposed to start from 17/05 and till today I am struggling without internet and these highly useless TalkTalk staff doesn't know when my issue will be fixed

Rubbish customer service. I cancelled my account with TalkTalk due to slow speeds. After cancelling my account, I paid the final bill, posted off their WIFI box back to them and a month later I got a FINAL DEMAND asking for £18.24 for a late payment recharge! Almost impossible to understand what the person on the other end of the phone is saying. AVOID!

By far the worst internet provider i have ever used. Every other day at 12pm at midnight the internet drops for a good 25-30 minutes and ofcourse there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT at that time. Slow connection, non existant customer service, internet outages every 1 or 2 days. Disgusting, simply disgusting.

We'll you have done it again to a vunreble person 80 year old With no phone now for 6 days The person in question has thretond suicide and now one can contact her Rang talk talk and would not do anything about it due to dater protection law So no nears to getting this sorted out

We had broadband put in and it was rubbish non existent,we cancelled it and they then passed some larger amount of a bill on to a debt collector, I wont be paying it and the debt collector is constantly emailing me asking for their money and I've told them already that I no longer love in the UK, I live in japan now,they keep emailing me asking for information before they can speak to me,they can pisss off,I wont be paying them kints a penny,disgusting bastadrs,their call centre too why in the fkuc does nobody speak English? They use that communication problem to rob peoples money,I hope they all get murdered

In October/ November 2020 I contracted a broadband with talk talk online agent, first they sent it to the wrong address. They sent the second one and is without internet and i am the one running after. You called and wait for an hour for them to tell you we will call you back and never called. No that another company take over after 4 months without internet they start chasing me to pay them 300 pounds for a service they never provided. Who does that.

Tried to cancel 4 times.kept me on the phone for over 30 mins and still no resolution so I cancelled direct debit. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm surprised they have got any customers.

One of worse and awful broadband internet service the customers services is very bad they don't listen at all and they are very rude please avoid other wise you going to get stuck for 24 months

Disgraceful company. Migrated me to a company called Fleur Telecom without my permission - Fleur do not offer an email service!! Had to retain my email address through TalkTalk. Further down the line they (TT) demanded £5 per month to retain the email address although my main contract is with Fleur (who to be fair have been OK with the services that they do offer) Changed my email address to Gmail and tried to cancel the old one with TalkTalk. Had to give my security details 3 times as I was repeatedly put on hold and then transferred. Have cancelled the £5 DD to TalkTalk, and never wish to have any future dealings with what be one of the worst companies in the UK for customer service
