“Shocking. Going by my own experience, it seems they handle (pocket) payments for trips with non-existent taxi companies. They cancelled shortly before I was due to meet the taxi I had booked. They then gave the option of finding a different driver from a different taxi company to the one I had booked with. Subsequently I received a message that that trip was also cancelled. Unbelievably I was charged for both non-existent rides. A complete scam.”

I woke up on the morning of my flight to find a cancellation email sent 3am on the same day, and the pick up was supposed to be 8 am. What a shock ! I called them, with no answer. I left a message, no one got back to me. I tried other providers but obviously no one available at such a short notice. I had to put all the luggage and my family in my small car and drive to Heathrow on a 4 hours journey. This was quite unsafe as the luggage occupied most of the car cabin space. I also had to pay extra money for the car parking as I had no time to organise a cheaper one.
Bottom line: UNRELIABLE - DISRESPECTFULL - INEFFICIENT”

I called them twice and they confirm it is there. then 5 mns after the 2nd conversation, they send me an cancellation email, followed by an other email asking whether I want to rebook, with NO MENTION of change of price. the next email is then a confirmation of taxi with the price of £260.70!! I call them and ask to reapply the price I approved and they refused. They took my money and I am now in a dispute process with Taxicode through the bank. This is for sure illegal to take money without showing the price beforehand. Daylight robery. Avoid at all cost!!”
“Complete Scam. Booked and paid online for a group of 6 persons from Gatwick to Camden in London for tomorrow. After a few minutes I received a phone call informing me that there was a mistake in the total mileage calculated and that we will be charged extra by the driver. I requested this information to be sent to me via email but so far nothing is forthcoming. I am trying to communicate with them via their chat in their website, however no one is getting in touch with me. I still don't know what is going to happen tomorrow, or if our booking will be honored!!!”

Booked a minibus for a party of 12 to be collected at midnight. The booking was made a week in advance and the money taken from my card.
On the morning of the party I received a cancellation notice and refund confirmation.
I live in a small village and therefore required the booking to be made in advance.
I spent all night ferrying people to and from my daughters 18th birthday party.
Complete JOKE!”
“Awful service. Cancelled 24 hours before and offered a service £40 more expensive. This company then insisted we also pay for parking at airports, despite the already inflated costs. Absolutely horrendous experience - avoid at all costs and pay more elsewhere. Your original quote is unlikely to be your final one here anyway!”

“Hidden extra charges. It's a sly con you cannot do anything about when you are a single female traveller unable to get home unless you pay the extras. The Driver, however, was nice helpful and drove well. His boss spent 20 mins yelling at me on the phone threatening to drop me off on the m25. Wouldn't produce any terms and conditions to back up the extras he wanted to charge for. Scammers. Dont use.”
