“Taxicode are the worst organisation ever, never ever use them. I'm still waiting for my £19.50 refund back from July 2021 when I was a student. This is a lot of money for me not to have and have missed out on for 8 months. They booked me a taxi on the evening of July 2nd for my early morning train and then I woke up on the 3rd July Saturday to an email that said they had cancelled it at 5am so I literally had no way of getting to the station. They said they would refund me in 5 working days. This never happened and still hasn't. Every few months I ring to try and get my money back and still NOTHING.”

Had to drive airport and stay in carpark at £30 per day ...

Drive is cancelled a few gours later by email, which arrived in the middle of the night, 4 hours before I had to leave for the airport. Will never use again.”

I called them before boarding to make sure my driver was going to pick me up - they ensured me 3 times everything was fine. I landed to find out they cancelled it 1 hour before the pick up time when I was on a plane
