First of all, look at Telkom Google ratings, read some of the reviews, and then decide if you want to continue with them………………………………. I was sent a router and SIM card by them. I then tried to explain that there's no signal to my property after testing the SIM on my phone. They even sent a Huawei technician to the property - Huawei provides their routers - who reiterated that there's no signal to be found on my property; HE MADE THEM AWARE OF THIS - he reported back to them as such. STILL, I got billed, month after month after month. Now, remember, I'm not getting any kind of service from them... There was a first month deduction that went off. I asked why this had happened, and the "customer service representative" said that I need to have another debit order go off BEFORE I could query that initial payment!!! I asked her why that was so, to which she couldn't give me any kind of cohesive reply. Just…………..that's how it is. After that "customer service representative", I literally spoke to 30 more of their customer service "specialists", trying to explain my situation, who, the one after the other, simply sent me in a big loop, them being expert at doing so as not to get a negative ratings, probably affects their monthly salary. NOTHING ABOUT MY STATUS WERE CHANGED!! So, long story short - please keep in mind that they're not providing any kind of service to me - they got a credit collection company in touch with me to collect the outstanding monies (KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY'RE NOT PROVIDING ANY KIND OF SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER HAD) still owed to them. Monies "owed" for no service provision!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooooo, because of their utter incompetence, I'm now being threatened by a debt collection company to be backlisted!!!!!!! This is the kind of service you're signing up for.

Most of the time I have to buy data for other network when i have already have Telkom data, just because Telkom looses signal. I even think of porting my number to other network

The worst ISP around Kosova. Their support is 0/10 not helpful at all when it comes to most basic requests. Their internet is not fast at all, I paid for a 100/mbs and got only 10... sadly paid for a yearly deal and have to live with them for a while now. But would never recommend to anyone!

Horrible and I have no words to describe.they gave me pits service and I will not put myself through the emotional of describing what happened. I hate Telkom!

Came over from Vodacom. Telkom can only assist when it is the "agent" who assisted in the contract. When that person is out of office - nothing can be done! Struggling to port my number - system off /Agent not available...! Should not have done business with Telkom!

Telkom network is very bad. Have a contract of unlimited but is not working as the network is bad.

Only gave 1 star cause if I had a choice they would get none ....worst service ever from the billing dept not sure why there's extra charges wen I already pay so much for my contracts ...unable to make calls or work from home due to my contract being suspended....will definitely never refer Telkom to anyone in the future.

I am disgusted by Telkom they overcharge and r always state that they ddnt get any funds so that they charge u an extra R200 am not renewing any contract with them bad service I can only rate them 0

I went to your Northgate express branch on 3rd October and after more than 4 hours they couldn't transfer all my contacts to my new samsung phone. Went back next day it didn't help.luckily my nephew assisted me. I was unable to use phone for 6 days.poor,poor service

I wonder why I took a contract with Telkom, I would give a zero if possible. Paid off my account, still got debited. and their refusing to refund me.

I have been billed incorrectly for the 3rd month in a row. I have been calling them after every incorrect statement that I got and get an apology and an empty promise that a credit will be given to me. This month I got fed up and asked the agent to give me contact details for a manager I have emailed him 3 times already and to date no response on my emails. yesterday i received an sms not even on my primary number that a credit for R161 will be given on my next statement I mean come on are they serious I added up how much they overcharged me for the 3 months and it amounts to R564.54 and they think a R161 credit is sufficient. No I am seriously disgusted with telkom I have been a good paying customer for many years now and this kinda service that I am getting from them is disgusting and unacceptable

My wifi signal is from Telkom LTE. It has been down for 4 days now already for the second time in a month. I have to pay for a full month but only get half the goods. I'm definitely changing service providers at the end of this month.

Telkom is nonsense, for lack of a better word. My account was debited more than what I signed up for. They take R600 from my account, and this month it went to R720, what is bad is that they did not even bother to communicate. As if this is not enough, their network is 90% not functional daily, what are paying for. I am just waiting for the dam contract to elapse, this is my farewell to them...thank you for a non-functional team of representatives.

If I could give them 0 I would. They don’t even deserve that one star. Everything about Telkom is just an inconvenience absolutely everything. As I’m writing this I’m on hold for over 45 minutes. Get assistance is a nightmare, then getting some who doesn’t even know how to sort out your issue. I ran out airtime waiting for assistance. I hate hate Telkom. They know they are horrible hence why they have ridiculous term to hold you to these contracts.

The worst service I have ever received. I was told that I don't understand how a contract works. You get told to call back on a certain date to give notice to cancel, you do so and then they debit you every month after cancelation because you gave early notice. I would really like to know how Telkom operates and how they are still able to run a business when they treat their customers in a such a pathetic manner

Regarding my open serve WiFi....started with an uncapped package of R299.....last year....was sold a lie....just to accept the offer with a choice of a month to month payment and not a contract....accepted it....then beginning of this year Telkom had an increase ....from R299 to R315....without notifying me ....so I paid R299.....missed one month....August....this year....spoke to Agents ....at Telkom...today...was told I'm in arrears of R515.42....and on top of that get a message that I have been handed over to Blake and Associates for being in arrears of R318.....so basically I'm in arrears coz I got no statements from Telkom....and to top it off ....this is news to me they charge R260 for re-connection fees....where I was told it's R50..... Telkom is quick to add additional charges without my knowledge....no phone call or statements to keep me up to date....I'm very disappointed and the Agents are rude and short with me when I call ...or ask to speak to their manager 😞😞😞👎👎👎

I have R100 airtime.I want to buy Monica 1.1 gb of data for R17 I can't because of insufficient funds.I had to buy an additional R50 airtime so.i could buy R17 worth of data.Imagine.This has been happening for more than 5 year's.This is a serious issue!!!The network is horrible for the past 5 months.Their website is not working.Funny thing is for the past 10 years everything there is an issue the website is down and I can't check my stuff.....we need a new telkom this one is not it!

“This organization is deceitful, manipulating individuals into investing their hard-earned money with false promises of profits. They later demand personal information for withdrawals, threatening loss of access to funds if not provided. I personally experienced this situation, as they refused to allow me to withdraw my money from their investing platform. Fortunately, I was introduced to M A D A C O V I . C O , which helped me retrieve my funds.

Wish I could give zero stars you guys have no customer service . You guys Take R249 for my uncapped lte bundle and it says I have data but no internet, I have check the single and it is lte covered , I have changed devices twice and turned roaming both on and off ,nothing . Should of just got WiFi useless Call me on 067 143 6605 if you guys every decide to refund us.
