“Gave me a refund of 8.00, then on another order I cancelled of 16.74, so now they have MY money 23.74 but can’t get to it to spend it. Angry, want MY money”
“it's not the first time when TEMU writes off BOTH the credit balance and charges from the account although the amount is with the credit balance amount. They even don't wanna investigate the issues. Just double charge(((
It really sucks...”
“I would give it a zero if I could. They always offer free stuff but they never ever ever come through with it.
I'm done with them again. I keep falling for it. And it never ever does what it says.”
“I placed one order, received one confirmation email about my order and my credit card was charged twice for one order. When I called Temu twice about this, they said I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the error. I have to pay my credit card to avoid interest charges. I will never purchase another thing from Temu, ever! 😡”
“Beware of Temu’s Store Teawig – Dishonest and Unprofessional
I strongly urge everyone to avoid Teawig, a Temu platform store. I recently had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to warn others about.
I purchased a wig from Teawig but mistakenly ordered the wrong one after browsing several similar wigs on their website. As per their return policy, I promptly returned the wig in its original packaging without even trying it on and requested a refund. However, to my shock, Teawig refused the refund, falsely claiming that I had not returned the same wig!
I’m baffled by this accusation—I certainly didn’t have another brand-new wig lying around to swap it with. Despite explaining the situation, they still refused to honor the refund. Essentially, they have kept both my money and the wig they insist isn’t theirs.
To make matters worse, their communication was condescending and unprofessional. I was addressed as “dear” and “love,” which I found highly offensive and inappropriate, especially in a dispute regarding a legitimate return.
This experience has shown me that Teawig operates with zero regard for honesty or professionalism. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this store to think twice—you risk losing your money and being treated with utter disrespect.”
“3 separate orders. the first one never delivered, the second and third ones were supposed to be delivered yesterday they never arrived. temu promises $5 when they deliver late but but they change the day of delivery so you won’t get the $5 (which is not even enough).”
“I am entitled to three free gifts which I had to claim on a daily basis. Today is my last free item day and it is mo where to be found on my account. The other free items popped up daily when I went to my account. Where is my last free item?”
“I have ordered many times from temu, I never get my " free items " , I don't like your credit-doesn't work. A few things I ordered I like but mostly its junk! You think you're getting a good deal but it's not! I will never order from you again!”
“I placed an order once, the very last time I’ll ever order but they charged my debit card twice for the same item. They never reimbursed me. Kissed $20.00 goodbye.”
“Got my Indian picture was suppose to be in a black acrylic frame arrived in all canvases, paper thin & very dull colors. Have been trying for over two weeks to get the right one & all I hear constantly is we're working on thus complex problem what a joke. They email me someone different every couple of days I ask for there phone number so we can talk not a single person will give out a phone number. Past 2 1/2 weeks no closer then the first day. Very frustrating & what an embarrassing company. No more orders from me in the future.”
““I was disappointed with my purchase as the items I received were significantly different from what was shown on the website. The sizes were much smaller than expected, and only a few items matched the description. This was not what I anticipated based on the product images and details. I would appreciate more accurate product descriptions and images in the future to ensure customers receive what they expect.”
“Ads often don't list crucial information to satisfy a decision. Several things I'd like to buy, but I need to know measurements, specifications, materials etc. For example I ordered a "super bright" 100w LED light. The ad doesn't specify the lumen output, a measure of brightness. I get a 40w 3550 lumen product. Not what was described and 3550Lm is not bright at all.
They have real inventory management issues as well, everything is just about sold out. I don't want to buy the last of a supply of an item after all the good stuff is picked over. The boxes for the lights I ordered were all crushed.”
