“My instructor name was Irshad, he is very good and plan all the sessions systematically. I managed to pass the test in first attempt and with zero error. I highly recommend AA and specially Irshad as instructor. He was very patient through out all my lessons and right from test centre selection to test timing, he helped me everywhere. -Deb”

“cant thank the AA enough for this weekend,, we were about to all meet up & head off to a motorcycle rally in sleaford, when my wife rang me saying her bike battery was flat, she rang the AA & a patrol man came out very quickly & got her bike started, he also checked the condition of the battery & found it no good, my son swapped the battery for another used one that we had, we all set off down the A1 to the rally, but as we exited onto the A17 slip road my son was involved in an accident on his bike, he & his girlfriend came away with no injuries thankfully, but the bike was a write off. we rang the AA for the 2nd time that day to help us,,,they assigned us with an accident support person who was very calming & said not to worry, our children & the bike would be taken safely home,,,as they left & me & my wife returned to our bikes to also go home, we realised in the panic of the accident that my wife had left her bike ignition on for the whole time & the battery had gone flat due to the headlight being on,,,,so rang the AA for the 3rd time that day & another patrol man can out & got her started, then followed us away for a few miles to make sure all was ok. so thank you AA, my family will continue to be life long members”

“I would like the say a MASSIVE thank you to Paul and Trev who helped me out hugely yesterday in Portsmouth. Both were incredibly professional, approachable and generally nice people. Trev managed to fix the problem and got my car back on the road. Thank you both.”
