I had to update my car after four months into the policy, disappointed with the revised premium and the amount of refund offered if I cancelled the remaining eight months (all I am sure covered in the small print) however it still left a bitter taste

i am using the aa for probably one year only as there breakdown cover was a good price(on offer) however as it increases after 12 months I am unlikely to renew and will look elsewhere as I normally do

I haven't made a claim. The one disappointment with this policy is that (only) when I came to pay it added an automatic renewal clause, which means that I will need to make sure I cancel it if I decide not to renew.

we find the service very expensive for the amount we need to use them there should be a loyalty discount if we don't need to use there service

I feel they need to be more competitive when renewing their quotes for loyal customers as like myself they will shop around for cheaper quotes

Not good I’m afraid. Had small claim for damage to front of my vehicle. I was told that the AA have no garages in my area, Staffordshire! They asked me to find my own repairer. I chose my AUDI garage since they have all the parts and can repair the safety system if it neededdoing. Fixed a date with AUDI garage and they said they won’t deal with the AA as they have many unpaid bills.

I have no cause to make a claim so far, so I have no idea what their claim service would be like. Setting up was quite easy, (then it would be )

They are exactly the same as everyone else. They lure you in with a competitive quote then after the first year it shoots up. You shop around and tell them you have a better quote for the same cover. They then cut their quote to try and keep your business. No! is the answer, you should have given me that quote in the first place. Don't worry though, my new company did the same the next year. Back you go to the original company 'til next year. They should all give you the cheapest quote in the first instance, not try it on.
