“Unfortunately I did have cause to claim after an accident earlier this year. The AA were fantastic in every way from recovery of myself and my vehicle from the scene and although my vehicle was written off my claim was dealt with very quickly and I was back in the road within two weeks. Can’t praise them enough.”

“Just had a flat tyre on the way home. The AA app made it very quick and easy to report the problem by selecting a few simple options. It knew my position so I didn't need even to speak to anyone. The repair van arrived in 10 minutes and the wheel was quickly and efficiently changed. I couldn't ask for better service.”

“I'm a member of the RAC (Now the AA!). My van broke down on my way home this evening. After an hour of waiting for the RAC an AA van pulled up behind me. The chap (Ross) asked me if I was alright to which I replied "l'm fine just waiting for the RAC". 4 hours later Ross pulled up again and towed me home. He had finished for the night but wanted to check on things! As a community nurse l am qualified in knowing a hero when I come across one, Thanks Ross (Cornwall).”
