“I had a small accident when i hit a stationary car and as this was the first time i had had an accident i wasnt sure what to do.when i phoned the aa they were fantastic and explained everything to me calmly and clearly.they realy offered an excelent service.thankyou.”

“My experience with insurance was as good as my experience with the AA Rescue Service when my husband and I suffered brake failure on a mountain road close to Llangynidr in Wales Wales in 2007. I wrote to the AA on 21 February 2007 expressing my thanks and appreciation of the care we received.”
