“Very pleased with quote and service..one thing to remember..they give you lots of extras one of which you have to physically cancel a month or so before renewal..if you don't you end up having to pay for it for a year, sorry i dont remember the specifics but these free perks are only good if you use them, or can remember what they are. One thing I will say. Do NOT under any circumstances whatsoever, go to or use One Call. They are a total shambles. They have subsidiary companies and are a nightmare if things go wrong. I had issues with them whereby I had to go to the Ombudsman because my 12 emails asking a simple question, was not answered, with one blaming the other blaming the other. Worse company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. AA are totally brilliant in comparison”
