“On Saturday night we hit a pothole on the M7 , resulting in a flat tyre & damage to the rim . The rain & darkness was scary with trucks at high speed . It was a frightening experience.We phoned AA & after 20 mins was able to get through . AA sent Mr Ramduth who was off great assistance . It was a huge sigh of relief to see AA. My personal take .. without the services of AA we may not have survived the famous M7 renown for criminal activity . I am thankful that my hubby has been a member for over twenty years although we seldom use the services I think it is life / saving you never know how helpful it can be unless you in a life threatening situation . Thank you !!”

“Recently had an issue from home starting my vehicle . So called AA for home start . Fabulous guy Craig very knowledgable. Customer service 5star ! Being a single lady in her late 70s made me feel at ease and not intimidated. Well done Craig ! Thank you .”

“Speaking from personal experience,we have unfortunately had to call them out quite frequently lately as my husband’s van is old & keeps breaking down,I can’t stress enough how good the service has been,they give him a rough idea of a time,but are always there within 30 mins,they are helpful,kind,polite & never leave him alone,they either follow him home or tow him if need be. Also a while ago I was a passenger in my daughters car when she broke down with 3 young children in tow.....they were with us in about 20 mins,temporarily sorted her problem out & followed her back to her local garage,then gave her a lift back to her house,couldn’t praise them enough!!”

“I called at 16.45 on my way home from work and AA with me within 30 minutes. Sorted out the issue and because female driver on my own the engineer followed me home to make sure I was home safe and sound.”

“Broke down today, called AA who said they’d be out in an hour which they were. Car could not be fixed so AA took car, myself & passenger to garage near home 35miles. Both AA who assisted us were brilliant. Friendly, reassuring & helpful. Paul in particular who took us to Kia at Stockport was fantastic. Thank you Paul and AA for rescuing us.”

“I want to thank the AA man who came and helped me on Friday night ( around 10 pm) on the Portsmouth road in Guildford, when my car had broken down. He got it going again, them he phoned me at home to make sure I got back safely. How about that for service. Thanks again.”

“I had some questions about a letter I received and also some issues with merging two policies I have. I usually don't like calling companies to discuss my accounts because they try and sell you more stuff, but this was a whole new experience. I spoke to 3 people (because I had a few different questions about my account), and ALL of them were friendly, upbeat, and SUPER helpful AND I even got a discount on my policy!! I was amazed. Truly great customer service that actually helped me. Plus, the phone was answered in about 20 seconds, and I was never waiting on hold for longer than a minute.”

“Rang for help and AA came really quickly, instantly worked out what was wrong. towed our car to local garage, to be mended tomorow. The AA man was really helpful, friendly and efficient, so glad he came and sorted to all out.”

“Re; Job No.5392 on 08/02/2022. I recently called AA when I experienced a flat tyre whilst driving in Cambourne near Cambridge. We were very pleased with the patrol named Benjamin who was very helpful, courteous and pleasant in helping us back on the road. Could no praise him enough; from Dave Binks.”
