“Had the aa come out today in gwespr nort Wales when my van broke down I can honestly say they were fast and effective Ben the mechanic came out and manage to get our work van going again what a life save would like to thank him again thanks would highly recommend aa never been let down”

“The dog is very pleased with her pet insurance from the a.a. ,I did explain that they don’t ride motor bikes and sidecars ,nor do they salute your AA badge ,that was all many years ago ,she was obviously very disappointed”

“Dash lights on but car would not start, contacted AA and they were out within 30 minutes then in about 10 minutes the mechanic named Paul had the car fired up, very helpful and polite and explained what he was doing clearly and concisely , excellent service.”

“I broke down in the middle of a roundabout on my way to my nieces wedding and Luke got me to the church on time . Arriving in style in the yellow van with no oil stains on my suit ! He also arranged for the Jeep to be taken to a local garage Please pass my thanks on to Luke personally . Properly saved my bacon !”

“Best point about 'Go Compare' is it remembering all your details from last year making getting quotes quick and easy. Also the 'Free Insurance Excess cover' is a great idea. Very good PR & only costs 'Go Compare' a small amount if a claim occurs I guess, (which they're probably insured to cover!!). A Great idea.”

“I broke down 50 miles from home with my grandchildren with me, i rang the AA and a lovely man called Richard from Heysham came out to rescue us, he was kind enough to stay with us until a taxi arrived to take 7 of us home while he towed my vehicle. It took almost 3 hours, he gave us lots of reasurance and made us feel so safe. Such a fantastic service.”

“I had a terrible tyre burst in A2 this morning on my way to work I called AA and within 15 mins after speaking to them the recovery arrived.. He asked if we are ok.After fixing the car the mechanic waited for us to leave first. AA you are the best you handled the situation well..👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽”

“Audrina Daniel-Prince is a fantastic instructor. I passed my test on my first go and I attribute that to her teaching! If you are a nervous driver, have a tendency to overthink/ self doubt she will boost your confidence and get you where you need to be! A fun and calming influence - it was a pleasure to have such a lovely instructor- thanks so much!! :)”

“Yesterday Paul, from Hartlepool, came to assess my car's problem, when it started braking when it should have been accelerating! it was job no. 1898. He recognised the fault straight away, rang S.G.Petch in Darlington and asked me if I was confident enough to drive it to the garage, with him behind me all the way (he had done a temporary repair). I agreed to that, we got to the garage, left the car and I had a lift in the AA van home. As soon as we got back, he rang a hire company and organised a courtesy car for me, which arrived about 2hrs later. I cannot thank him enough, as I was initially very frightened by the way the car behaved. His kindness and good sense, added to his obvious skill stopped my stomach churning and helped me to relax. What a great guy! I have been a member of the AA for over 50 years and only called them twice, when my A40 car ran out of petrol on the M1 in 1971 and yesterday.”

“My exhaust came loose while on staycation in Co Wexford had driven up from Cork. It was nearly hanging off but within an hour the AA came to my rescue and fixed it and it would have been a disaster otherwise, They're brilliant and I greatly appreciate all their help today thanks so much 🤗 🤗”
