“Very good cover provided, not used as yet. Only down side is that I had to pay £20 on change of my address, can't understand why they are allowed to do this, very wrong.”

“Competitive premium but even better - we are changing a vehicle and they cover the previous vehicle for 14 days so if you have bought a new car and want to sell the old one after, you are still insured for a limited period. A really useful customer-facing option which few people know about and not something I have heard other companies offer. I don't know if there is a limit to the number of times you can get this e.g. if you buy and sell cars more than once a year. Very friendly staff handling the callMark”

“on the od occasion ive rung to clarify something the people on the phone answered generally quickly, the only neg was a refusal to add a leaner to my policy, not really a problem as it saves me teaching her to drive :)”

“My mum birthday and my car decides to break down on the north circular, anyhow with no cover i called AA, it did take some time to get through to someone. However once i got through the lady on the other end was so helpful and sympathic to our situation. I took out a membership. Good value for money, she did not try to over sell anything to me. Our AA macanic that came to assist us was outstanding if i could give him 5 star i would, thanks alot to Mathew Amponsah”
