“I have a piece of paper in my possession that says I have insurance. Until I make a claim I cannot tell you how well the AA has done. That is when I will find out, if they step up to the mark ! !”

“My fist 2 flights where kinda nerve racking to the point where i slept through them. Now thanks to Alaina on my flight from Dallas to Columbia made me feel like a cared for person. Idk if she will ever see this, but thank you for going above to make me feel cared for by the company. My reciew would be much different if not for her. She took a moment to talk to me before and after the flight and that made all the differance. Again if you ever read this thank you Alaina.”

“The AA have been the most competent and reliable insurance company I've dealt with. Their customer service has been exemplary. My recent (non fault) claim was dealt with expertly and took out any stress on my part. I will definitely be staying with the AA.”

“Totally painless and saved £300 believe it or not from a major company that I had used for years and never had one claim, if they spent less on TV adverts with ageing gangsters then maybe they could cut their premiums.”

“I have had a very good experience with my AA callout today. From the phone call to the repair was very professional. Phone call very polite and the AA will be with me in an hour. He came in 45mins. The young man, Wayne was his name, worked hard to find the problem and in the end I had to go to the garage with him taking me there and he had to walk back. He was so helpful. It's not often you find this and I appreciated what this young man did for me. 4 star rating from me.”

“I had a minor accident earlier on this year when i was hit by another vehicle that drove over double white broken lines and hit the rear of my vehicle. The AA handled this claim very efficiently, and I cannot praise them enough.”
