“Since the kids couldn't come to New Mexico for the holidays, we sent a little of New Mexico to them. They were received fast and still frozen in 3 different time zones. Our three kids and their family received the Green package and absolutely loved them!! It was a favorite gift for all three.”

“I purchased a package of assorted goods before Christmas. We have enjoyed everything immensely. We are still experimenting with the dried green cgile powder but the rellenos, tamales, frozen roasted green Chile's and the green chile sauce are incredible! I have attached a picture of my version of Calabasitas (using Butternut Squash) that I made using the roasted green chiles.”

“Wonderful experience for me. I was buying a restra wreath for part of my son and daughter in law's Christmas present and didn’t really know what I was doing. Got some one very friendly and knowledgeable when I called. The kids were thrilled. I got to see it at Christmas and it was truly beautiful. Thanks Ellen from Wyoming.”
