“The green and red Chile sauce is great! The red sauce delivered was hot rather then mild I ordered. I contacted The Hatch Chile Store. Rene contact me and sent out mild sauce free of charge. Excellent customer service!!! We plan to do more business with this store in the future!”

“Horrible, horrible flavor. My family had been waiting to have red chili enchiladas but I dumped the whole jar down the garbage disposal after one taste- the strong taste of overcooked onion, not chili.”

“Love the products! I recently bought chile rellenos and tamales for New Year's dinner and they were terrific. They were shipped frozen with dry ice and were still frozen upon arrival. I also bought a couple of jars of sauce... and they were sent USPS, and the box was lost in the Christmas rush. It took seven weeks to arrive! Not the fault of Hatch Chile Store, but it might pay to pay for premium shipping next time.”

“I ordered three jars of "abuelas "traditional chili sauce I only received two : one mild and one hot. The was HOT was not at all HOT, the mild tasted the same as the canned chili sauce I buy at the store Not a happy customer”
