“Tamales are so good! Both the chicken and pork are equally yummy. Just tried the rellenos recently, which are also very good! Very impressed with the quality and customer service. Also ordered a bushel of the fresh green chilis last summer, which we roasted. They are some of the best green chilis we've ever had!”

“I bought chile for myself and for several family members. The orders were shipped to as near as Santa Fe, and as far away as Washington DC and New Orleans. Of the 5 orders, all arrived in a timely manner and there were no chiles lost as all were in excellent condition, even towards the end of the season, when you're more likely to find some that are softening. Everyone was thrilled with their chiles. I will order from The Hatch Chile Store every year from now on. The chile itself and transport I would give 5 stars. The only reason I rated the store a 4 instead of a 5 is the struggle with account names and numbers. A little work to make the internet account system a little more user friendly would mean they rate 5 stars all across the board.”

“The Hatch Green Chile store is like my home away from New Mexico. I've returned again and again because the quality of their chile is superior. This year, I also order hominy & posole seasoning (with a jar of red) for Christmas. When it hadn't been delivered after a month (it's Covid times, so I'm patient but 30 days is getting ridiculous), I contacted The Red Chile Store. Even though it was a USPS issue, The Chile Store sent another order, which arrived in two days. Great customer service and a great product - what more could you ask for?”

“Was I charged for the second shipment of 2-dozen tamales and 1-dozen chile rellenos shiped last month? The first shipment that came were thawed, with out dry ice and I was charged for. I received the second shipment a little bit better, still had some dry ice in the box. Let me know if I was charged a second time for the second shipment.
