“I am an uprooted New Mexican. I miss my Hatch Chile and all of the great food that only New Mexico has. We order 100 pounds of green Chile every year, and have been buying from the Hatch Chile Store for the last few years. The Chile, tamales and posole are all wonderful. The only problem is the shipping cost to receive those amazing products.”

“I've always bought hatch green chile when I lived in Albuquerque. Now I'm in Irving Texas and it is hard to find. The local Whole foods was selling it during the chile season and I bought some and it was very blan. The chile I ordered from the Hatch Chile Store was exactly what I wanted. I still have some left. I will be placing an order for 2021. Lindy”

“I usually make my own salsa and my family loves it with a bite and chunky, I ran out early this year and decided to try yours and we aren't disappointed. Chunky with a bite. I think everyone has enjoyed Mama's Medium the most, although the guys liked Papa's X hot really well too.”

“The package arrived from Ohio, not New Mexico. The tamales and mostly cornmeal without much meat or spice. I wouldn’t order again and was disappointed. I really was missing New Mexico and thought these would help, however these were not like the ones I get at home.”

Hi, Christie! Thanks for sharing your experience by writing a review! In order to ship all over the United States as quickly and affordably as possible, we use distribution centers in Youngstown, Ohio, and Sacramento, California to ship each individual order. All of our chile is grown, roasted, and packaged in Hatch, NM. Our tamales and rellenos are made using Hatch chile as well in Southern New Mexico. We ship our rellenos, tamales, and roasted chile to our distribution centers by the semi-load and they take care of packing each individual order. Using distribution centers allows us to cut down on the time your package is in transit and reduce shipping cost. We can then offer our products at a lower price.
