“We initially purchased a couple jars of chile sauce to experiment with; we found it to be a versatile condiment that we used in many Asian as well as southwestern dishes. Once we finished the first jars we ordered a dozen more. The fresh chile flavor really is different, and is well worth it!”

“We’ve lived in Georgia for the past 38 years. My son and I each bought the medium green Chile, a bit of hot for him. We roasted and put in the freezer. Already made some delicious dinners and will be making some green Chile stew soon. We miss New Mexico but can get a taste of home. We got our son salsas ad sauces for Christmas. Get gift.”

“I have purchased both the green and red sauces which both have great flavor. The red is a bit hot for me but I still use and eat it. I have shared the red with my sister who also liked it. It'd to me yo purchase more!”

“I ordered this as a gift for my Daughter and Son-In-Law to be sent to Florida. They were beyond thrilled to receive this just in time for Christmas. The different kinds red green and the salsa . They really loved the flavor just like home in New Mexico. The ease of ordering and tracking the pkg. was great. I would sure order again as gifts.”

“Amazing product! We bulk order chiles every quarter and honestly put it on everything. Warning: After you order once you may never be able to stop... We also recently ordered some of their gift boxes for friends and nothing says I love you like a box of delicious chiles :)”

“Well, it wasn’t all that bad, however not what I expected. First I ordered hot and extra hot. The hot was mild and not much taste. The extra hot was not as hot as I expected. Like I said it wasn’t all that bad but I think you guys could do better. I think I will try the hot sauces next time instead of the chopped kind.”

“One of the best Christmas presents I've given someone in a long time. The bag of chiles was huge, and we put it to use quickly making a wonderful sauce for enchiladas. We're sitting in snowy Vermont, but dreaming of our next trip to New Mexico.”
