“We ordered a preorder and was over anxious about our birthday gift to our son. I called several times and each time was assured we were on track. He received them exactly when they said he would. He was excited to receive them! Thank you for your patience with me and he now has the best chilie in NM.”

“Not happy with our order. It did not look or taste like Big Jim chile. Lived in Albuquerque for many years and very familiar with hatch chile. Overall the chile was very mild tasting and a little small in size. Package was very nice and still frozen.”

“We ordered the hot variety of chiles, not the medium and they were NOT hot at all, but mild. I can get mild chiles here in KC, but i wanted something with some kick. It was disappointing.”

“My first shipment came with no dry ice and the rellenos were thawed and not useable. They were quickly replaced, and came frozen the second time. Their customer service is excellent!”

“I was so excited about these, but a bit underwhelmed :( Maybe I have been spoiled with Velarde green chiles, but these green chiles did not have much flavor at all. Even 505 seem to taste better. Maybe I will give a hotter green a shot.”

“I want to return product for a full refund. Lived in NM for over 50 years. Always bought Hatch. This is the first year I bought on line. The absolute WORST experience with Hatch green chili in my life! Bland, no taste, no heat whatsoever! Not only can I not use this substandard product, I will not because of the embarrassment. My entire family was shocked and disappointed. What happened to your company?”
