“First time to place an order.. great customer service.... the BEST tamales we have ever eaten! Used the diced Hatch Chile to make a chicken chile... so good!!”

“I want to return product for a full refund. Lived in NM for over 50 years. Always bought Hatch. This is the first year I bought on line. The absolute WORST experience with Hatch green chili in my life! Bland, no taste, no heat whatsoever! Not only can I not use this substandard product, I will not because of the embarrassment. My entire family was shocked and disappointed. What happened to your company?”

“I'm sorry but your supply chain is a complete mess and if you want to sell online you have to have that in order before offering those services. We want to support you and telling you the hard truth is part of that.”

“I couldn't resist ordering one of the Thanksgiving bundles. Living out of state the packaging was a concern, but the packaging this year was much less, but I still felt confident in the quality of the product.”

“I placed an online order in August for both chiles and tomales. In September and October we received status updates that the chiles were a little late but would be arriving soon. In November I inquired to find out that our order was being held due to the tomales and would ship as soon as they were received. Then in December we are notified that there were no more whole chiles available and could cancel that part of our order if we wished to. I canceled the whole order and won't be odering anything again. I would think that an order placed in August would have been in a position to get the chiles that were ordered not hold the order waiting for the other part of it to arrive and putting us into a position where the supply was exhausted. We all lost in this transaction.”

“My husband loves the Ol’ Gringo New Mexico Gold Hot Salsa. We have it delivered monthly. We can get anything close to it in Ohio! We also order the fresh Green chilies when in season. You’ve never had good salsa until you have Hatch Chilies!”

“Delivery was slow, but they were upfront regarding the delayed shipping due to a weird season and the Covid-19 issues. Was very excited when the medium-hot Big Jim roasted whole chilies finally arrived!! Unfortunately, I would consider the heat level as mild at best. Overall, fairly disappointed.”

“Ordered Med-Hot Roasted Peeled Green Chile. Took a very long time to receive. The 10 pounds of green Chile I ordered was not roasted or peeled completely. I ended up re-roasting some bags and re-peeling "ALL" bags. Also, the Chile didn't have much heat to it at all. I was very disappointed, was not want your web site advertised.”

“I've been living in Arizona for the last 22 years and STILL miss New Mexican food. So, I found The Hatch Chile Store to order red chile pods. I LOVE my red chile! This company is great! I got my order quickly and made some chile, that turned out delicious! Thank you for bringing a bit of NM to my kitchen and taste buds!”

“Great tamales, rellenos and chopped chiles! Still frozen upon arrival and easy to cook a few at a time. Chiles made a great casserole. Wonderful meals during the pandemic.”
