“I was a disappointment, but after receiving your email explaining the situation because of COVID-19, I understand and I am hoping that this awful pandemic will be resolved with the vaccines. Next year I plan on ordering again and hope that everything is back to normal. The chilies I received many were very thin, not meaty at all and they had a lot of skin still on the Chili’s. Thank you for understanding and refunding a percentage for my troubles. I have been using the Hatch Chili’s from you for many years and have alway been very pleased with my orders. “The product I received is excellent. Communication was fine. Frustrating that my monthly order was dropped due to early winter. I get that happens, but still disappointed. I’m a New Mexican living in GA. What am I to do. Buying a deep freeze next season and just playing a crazy large order.”

“I was extremely disappointed in the distribution of your product. I pre- ordered in august and did not receive ve my product until December. I called or emailed weekly since September. I was told it would ship in two weeks., and that seemed like the standard reply. I eventually got a message stating you were out of what I ordered and had to reorder or do without. A four month order delay seemed unreasonable especially since my card was charged when I placed the order and it was explained that the orders were first in, first out. Although the chili’s were good, I am probably going to go with a competitor next time as I have lost faith in your company.”

“Great quality and great packaging. Hard to find roasted Hatch peppers in North Carolina so we buy a years worth when we buy. we love to have hatch casserole once a wekk.”

“I've had a number of dealings with Hatch Chile store over the past few years (since I discovered them). They have always been easy going & pleasant to deal with. And also organized & professional ... I've had them send gifts to friends & family. Their chiles & sauces ETC are the absolute best! I bought a red chile wreath last year before Christmas. We were so pleased with it we kept it up all year, and now it's holiday season again & it STILL looks great.”

“Great company!! They notified me that my order was going to be delayed further because of the bad weather that they had had, I changed my order and it was shipped promptly and I was very happy with the green hatch chilies that I got I will order from them again.”
