“Big fan of Hatch Chile Store. Their frozen chilis are great when the harvest is gone. We tried the red tamales for the first time to take advantage of a discount and were very impressed with them. We make our own often and would rank them just below, for pride's sake.”

“We order 25 lbs of green chile every year and they’re always great. More recently we ordered several treated ristras for decoration on our outdoor deck. They arrived in great shape and were just beautiful. Will be happy to continue using Hatch for all our chile needs”
