“Easy online ordering process! When chile season approached I was given an update on when they would start harvesting and shipping out product. My green chile arrived exactly when they said it would and in perfect condition. And they were delicious!! I will definitely order more next season.”

“We have been ordering and enjoying Hatch Chile for many years. We ordered 25 pounds mild and all but three peppers were perfect upon arrival. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Would recommend them 1000%.”

“We used to live in New Mexico where I first had green chile. When we moved to South Florida we missed it so much we started ordering the green and realized we needed the red too! We moved to the panhandle still order green and red and get so excited when they get here!”

“I had heard of Hatch Chilies and when I saw I could order them online I was intriged. I purchased a five pound box of both Mild and Medium. I got the Medium first and really liked them they added flavor to many dishes even our breakfast egg dishes. It was a bit of work roasting them but fun. I will order them again.”

“The fresh green Chiles I ordered arrived here in Wisconsin in excellent shape! While I roasted them on my grill. I savored the fabulous aroma. It brought me back to when we lived in New Mexico and would look forward to the roasting season. Am looking forward to using them throughout the winter! Thank you !”

“I have ordered two 25 lb boxes of hatch chilis (different years) and both were excellent! Good condition upon arrival and delicious and easy to freeze after roasting. Other premade products have also been delicious so I keep coming back!”
