“The product is wonderful. I wish we had a grocer close to us that stocked it. My only concern is the shipping costs are pretty steep. I am a single user so I only order three jars at a time. Hatch products are the best.”

“I ordered the tamales, rellanos and chimichangas for our Christmas Eve dinner so haven’t tasted yet but the look delicious. The shipping from your end was spot on but UPS delayed them a day or so but even with that they were mostly still frozen!!”

“I was in your store in Hatch in September while visiting New Mexico and bought a restraining for my kitchen and love how it looks in my kitchen back home in Spokane, Wash. My daughter loved it so I ordered one for their kitchen in Seattle and it just arrived yesterday. It's awesome looking! Thanks!”

“I was very surprised by what I received for the price I paid. The 2 foot ristra is a work of art. An excellent piece of craftsmanship. I was going to hang it on the porch but when I saw how beautiful it is I changed my mind and hung it in the center of my kitchen. Dead center where it will remain.”

“I got the three foot strand of chilies to share with our blended community. They were beautiful and smelled so good. Everyone was thrilled as we sent them out. Good stuff cooking all week. I'm collecting orders from neighbors to reorder after the holidays. I called the company to tell them thank you for a wonderful product that was celebrated by many. Love it!!”

“Excluding the quality of the peppers, custormer service failed to cancel the order. The website order page doubled my order and I was unable to 'delete' an item. I sent the company an email requesting a cancellation. Days later I received an email asking me if I wanted to delete an item, of which I replied. Then I was told "too late". So I received 10# of peppers for $155. If I wanted 10# I would have ordered a 10# box and not 2-5# boxes.”
