“With the exception of an unmarked box of chilies everything received was fresh and good. I ordered mild but the one unmarked one was acknowledged as probably not being mild.”

“We got two separate shipments of two different heats. Both shipments arrived in excellent condition with no soiled peppers in either shipment. We have ordered from The Hatch Chile store multiple times and have always had nothing but a good experience.”

“It was late but I believe it was ups issue anyway. You offered to send a replacement shipment I declined due to the fact that I was going to roast them anyway. They were wrinkled but worked out fine.”

“It’s great to receive fresh Hatch chille weeks before they show up in stores. We have ordered for hatch chile for several years and have never been disappointed in product or service. Living in Alaska it is not always easy or possible to get fresh produce from the field”

“We visited my father in New Mexico and fell in live with the Ristras. We knew.we.coupdnt travel with the Risttas so we ordered them online.amd they came in a veey reasonable amount of time and were packaged great so rhat they weren't broken. Now I have a piece of New Mexico hanging in my office.”

“First time, check the number of years that I have been a bit disappointed. Mix ups, poor notification and some bad peppers. I’m a native of NM. ABQ born and UNM Alum. So I know chile! I’m still awaiting my red, hope it’s perfect as it has always been. Love the store!!!”

“I have enjoyed buying Chile from them, but this year was a bit dissapointing. Shipping is slow, communication is not as good as it used to be. It would help if they shipped their Chile in a burlap bag sprinkled with a little water and then put in a box. It arrives a lot fresher than when they just throw it in a box. I'll still give them another try though, the chile is good.”
