“I apologize, I first said that my chili did not arrive but as bad luck would have it, it arrived at my doorstep just after the review. The chili looks clean and fresh. I see New Mexico chili in the grocery store that looks like last year's crop, dirty and moldy. It is why I order directly from the Hatch Chili Store to get good quality chili pods. A photo of the mild and medium chili pod is below.”

“This is the second year that I’ve had whole frozen green chile - medium and hot - sent to my New Mexico-born son in N. Carolina. The chile is shipped quickly and arrives quickly so we can immediately enjoy the unique flavor on everything from hamburgers to breakfast eggs to green chile stew. It is such a treat and makes us feel closer to home. Sometimes the “hot” chile isn’t quite as hot as anticipated, but I think that is a matter of taste. Next time I order I’ll add some extra hot to get a full range of heat.”

“We lived in Santa Fe for 14 years, but left over 20 years ago. Among the things we've missed is the red and green chile. Discovering Hatch Chile Store has been a delightful experience. I very much enjoy both the red and the green, but my very favorite is the Sun-Dried Red. It is wonderful. An added benefit is that the jars are packaged in manner that makes damage virtually impossible.”

“My Ristra arrived yesterday - it is beautiful and fresh! The smell brings me back to New Mexicow where I lived for 10 years. It now hangs in the center of my kitchen bay window. I'm already a fan of your frozen chile and tamales. Thank you”

“I love hatched chili season and usually grab a mess of them to throw on my barbecue and then peel and chop and freeze for later. I missed the boat this year, but the stuff I got from you guys is just as good or better than if I did it myself. And a lot less work!”
