“I have ordered from the Hatch Chili Store, several times. Five stars: for price, packaging, and product. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, sooooo.......I know chili! HCS chili is fire roasted and fresh. The "hot" is mucho uno abla besto.....I'm a gringo, so what do I know?? ;) I'm looking forward to receiving the red chili for Fall and Winter. Chuck”

“Just like last year, the hatch chilies were received properly, perfectly packaged, and very fresh. Did not have any spoiled or damaged one this year so again my hat’s off to the hatch chili store and I look forward to next year.”

“I ordered 3 bottles of prepared hot chilies and quickly used 2 bottles because my mind raced to bring back old family recipes from Mexico that my mother showed me when I was a small boy watching her in the kitchen. The chilies are so versatile. The taste is so wonderful and makes me travel back to my mom's side. I recommend these products highly. I need to order more”

“I know what I was missing these Xtra hot green chillies! They are phenomenal, arrived fresh and fully packed to the top of the box. Roasted the whole 10lb box and everyone I provided them to all said they are fantastic and high quality and better than store bought! These are the heat and flavor I've longed for. Thank you!”
