“This was the 2nd order I have placed from the Hatch chilistore. I have ordered hot, medium, and mild roasted/peeled chili's that come in 5 1lb packages in a nice insulated box with dry ice that keeps them frozen even when they arrive the day after they ship it. I have also ordered chimichangas which are great, especially done in the air fryer. A very professional, courteous, friendly company that delivers the best green chili's in the world. Thanks so much my friends in NM. Jon D.”

“Every year I send a boxes of Hatch fresh chilis to friends and a box for myself - nothing brings back childhood memories of ABQ NM of the smell of roasting chilis in the air and the taste of good Hatch in all Linda’s of food - delivery’s have been on time with very little of product frustration during the shipment - Highly recommended - Bubs Bubs”

“I always liked Hatch Chiles. I placed my first order for fresh picked chiles, and they arrived this past Friday. I ordered HOT because I thought "They're chiles, how hot can they be?" Well, I found out. They are HOT! I LOVE them!! They arrived within 2 days of when they shipped (Granted, I live in Arizona), and they were perfect. Not a single one was soft or deformed or anything. I will DEFINITELY order them again...and again...and again...Kudos, Hatch Chile Company. You are the BEST!”

It's super easy to throw on the grill, roast, and freeze — so you can enjoy that authentic flavor all year long." “We have ordered fresh hatch chiles 2 years in a row, as well as ristras for ourselves and as gifts. Any time I have had a question, their customer service has been very responsive. The fresh chiles are absolutely beautiful! Not a single blemish on the years batch. We roasted them the day they arrived and the aroma was fantastic. We get the untreated ristras, which make the best Colorado chile! Yum.....”

“I ordered last Saturday 30 pounds of frozen Chile to be overnighted on Tuesday for a Wednesday am delivery for my son in laws birthday. It never arrived and nobody called to give an explanation. I even paid extra for guaranteed delivery! So I called the Hatch Chile Store customer service line and waited for 20 minutes....A woman answered and told me that they could not get any shipments out this week due to then holiday on Friday. She told me they could get it our by next Wednesday....I asked for a discount, or at least refund my expedited shipping costs but she said they can't do that, but can offer me a discount on a future order. This operation is very amateur and a HUGE disappointment! Off to find another Chile company...will never use them again.”

“I am writing to express my continued patronage of your establishment over the years, during which I have frequently purchased your chili. This communication pertains to a recent issue with a frozen chili order, which marks my second such complaint. Previously, I contacted your company regarding a similar issue with frozen chili I had purchased. As a significant amount of time had passed since the acquisition, no resolution was offered at that time. Despite this, I decided to give your product another opportunity. On this occasion, the chili I received appeared to have been either improperly roasted or previously frozen and then refrozen. The texture was notably chewy, and the chili possessed minimal to no discernible flavor, despite being ordered as "hot." Your automated response indicated potential variations in roasting levels. In my reply, I asserted that all products should be properly roasted before being offered for sale. I proposed returning the unsatisfactory item; however, I was informed that returns are not accepted. Furthermore, a reimbursement was declined, and I was instead offered a 20% discount on a future order, which I declined as I do not intend to make further purchases. Subsequently, I filed a complaint with PayPal, the method of payment used for this transaction. I am pleased to report that PayPal resolved the matter in my favor and issued a refund. Based on this experience, I would recommend PayPal for their customer support in such situations. Sincerely,”
