“I preordered 25 pounds of Hatch hot chili peppers and 25 pounds of Extra hot peppers. I was informed of the estimated harvest dates for both types of peppers and was told the hot peppers would ship before the Rxtra hot peppers. When the peppers were harvested I was sent detailed shipping information. Both orders arrived in great condition. I used these peppers to make two batches of fermented hot sauce. I smoke a third of each order on a pellet smoker and mixed the smoked and raw peppers into gallon fermentation jars. I 8 weeks I will process the sauce. I did this last year and the sauce was delicious. Great peppers from a good store. A friend in Los Cruces told me they are a multigenerational business and they are the real deal. I believe and I will do this again next year.”

“Really enjoyed shopping at this store. Been there many times online wonderful products, reasonable prices and great support. Highly recommend this company no matter where you live in United States. You can get green chili. Probably the best in the world really good stuff. Highly recommend it.”

“Got an order of X-hot. Typically they are hot enough. The size was pretty normal for the particular x-hot . Usually they are a little bit more meatier but they roasted fine and definitely will work for what I need them for.”

“My order was so shriveled and pathetic looking that I am amazed that you guys would allow something like this to happen considering you should value your customers and make the shipment right. The shipment was held through the weekend before being delivered and was subjected to extreme heat triple digit temperatures for over three days. I'm also still waiting for my other order, I had placed two orders one for hot and one for x-hot and so far I am completely disappointed in your customer service. I've ordered from you in the past and never had any issues before. All my previous orders arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful but I can no longer vouch for you and your service. If you cannot rectify this problem then this will probably be the last time I order from you and I will be sure to share this experience with friends.”

“My orders ship all the way to North Idaho. The Hatch Green Chile always arrives in great condition (no spoilage). It is good quality green chile with good flavor. We usually get medium hot, but ordered Sandia this year. The Sandia is very flavorful and the burn is sharp, but edible.”
