“Mt first purchase from the Hatch Chile Store after not being able to order from Young Guns last year. I did order last year from 575 and was very disappointed. I ordered 25 pounds of Sandia from the Hatch Chile Store this year and could not be more pleased with the Chile! It arrived fresh, no rotten Chile. The flavor is great and the heat perfect. These folks are great! Just FYI, born in Las Cruces and raiser in Clovis and Farmington. I am a a native in excile and I know my chile.”

“This is the third year(4th??) we've ordered a box of fresh chiles from Hatch chile store. We've been very pleased with the quality and the fast shipping. We roast, peel and freeze our chiles. It has been a wonderful way to put some zip into winter meals! Next year, we plan to order more and go in with another couple who are also chile heads!!”

“Again this year the chile is very good. I grew up in NM, but now live in Texas. Each year at this time I buy 25 pounds of Hatch Chile, which I roast and put in the freezer to provide our chile for the year. Hatch Chile is great. We love it.”
