“The Hatch Chile arrived fresh and on time. I had originally provided a wrong shipping request time (not overnight) and later found my error. I contacted The Chile Store and explained my mistake and was very pleased that they would correct the shipping time. Superior customer service AND an exceptional product. Will order again next season!”

“First thing, your chilies are awesome, but the price is just too expensive. I compared what i spent through your store and at $30 plus dollars for 5lbs compared to $1.99 a pound for 5lbs at my local grocery store for Hatches chilies I could have saved $20 plus dollars for the same product.”

“The hatch chilis initially sent were holiday postal limbo and got to me hot rather than frozen. I emailed the Hatch Chili Store and they sent me a new order right away which did arrive frozen. I was very pleased with the customer service and the chilis! This is my third time ordering and haven't been disappointed”

“I ordered online before the time for the chilis your company sent me an email saying it was to early for the chilis but would keep me informed when it was time and you did just that. You told when you shipped them and I received them they were nice size nice flavor we ordered the medium and they have excellent flavor and taste great. I have already told my friends about your company and have shared some chilis with them so they can find out for themselves.”

“The Hatch Chile Store is absolutely fabulous! 🌶️ Everything arrived well packed, flavorful, and packed with that unmistakable New Mexico chile goodness. The quality is excellent, the selection is fantastic, and the flavor is miles beyond anything you’ll find in a regular grocery store. If you love real Hatch green chile, this place is dangerously easy to become obsessed with. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered the 10# box of mild chilies. They asked if I’d accept ones with spots - sure, no problem, I’m gonna roast them and the skin comes off anyhow. Box arrived last week. A nice hefty box with at least 50 chilies in it, that I roasted the next day. It gave me three full one gallon freezer bags of chilies to last throughout the year. Yay! Next year I will probably order the BIG box. Great business, with lots of valuable communication along the way. Thanks 😊”

“We buy Hatch chiles every year and have them shipped to North Carolina. I lived in NM for many years and can not imagine a year without green chiles. The chiles arrive fresh and ready to roast. I normally roast on my gas grill, but this year I live-fire roasted on my parilla. Saludo!”

“Have been ordering 25# every year for a while now. Last year, a friend wanted to roast and freeze along with me, so we did that together. This year we got 50#. Who knows what next year will bring? With overnight shipping the chiles arrive in perfect condition and are in the freezer about 24 hrs after they are picked and shipped. Let the binging begin!”
