“The chile is just what I remember from my childhood in New Mexico. The service spoke to a human who told me each year I ordered the degree of hot of the new season. Delivery was swift and made it safely even in the heat of summer here in Boston.”

“We ordered 50lbs of chiles last season and ran out. This year we ended up getting 100lbs on pre-order. The communication regarding the chiles was top notch, as well as the quality. Moving from Arizona to Mississippi we were worried about not having Hatch chiles so your company has made us very happy. We will order more for next years harvest!”

“I’m giving a five star review because the product was good. The only thing I had was about delivery it was supposed to go out on Monday and I didn’t get it until five days later. UPS left it in a warehouse over the weekend and then delivered it to me on a Monday. All customer service was great. I’m very satisfied.”

Having authentic Hatch green chiles delivered all the way from Hatch, New Mexico is such a treat—and this year’s crop is truly outstanding. The flavor, freshness, and quality are better than ever. “We got our chilies we paid for early in the year. Box and contents were shipped in a really good job. We went through the contents and chili's ŵere fine. There were less larger chili's and more smaller. We processed them all and canned 12 1/2 pints and froze the rest. You gave us instructions on how to roast and skin the chili's. I look forward to another shipment next year. GREAT JOB AND THANKS!!”
