“I'm sure you shipped nice Peppers as you always have. Our 100 degree days and the delivery was the problem this time. The box was warm this time and the Peppers didn't meet my expectations. They were already beginning to soften. I was afraid to use them in the Salsa I was canning, so I went to my local store and bought Jalopenos. I know this was not your fault. Thank you, Paula Fenter”

“I’ve ordered from the hatch green chili store over the last three years. The chilies have traditionally been very tasty and meaty. This year’s crop, 2026, are very tasty however, they are not very meaty.”

“I have been ordering from you folks for 10+years. Chilis , salsas , mustard , spices , chili powder ... you name it ! Everything I have ordered has been 100% as promised and fantastic. And if ever there was an issue you fixed it immediately, no questions asked. That is why I will continue to order from you. Raised in the west , livin in Florida 😊. “The chile is great. Great flavor. It comes fully frozen and the bags are small enough to use for burgers and other things throughout the week once thawed. Sometimes my wife spontaneously decides to make something and I can float the bag in hot water and thaw it in no time.”

“The only bad thing about my purchase was the shipping process. It came from New Jersey, while I live in Southeast Texas. Shipping was delayed a day somewhere along the way and arrived at my house after 7pm 2 days after leaving the warehouse. The ice had melted and 2 bags out of 10 were partially thawed. Box was soggy. Wasn't worth the trouble to take pictures and send back. I ordered medium, wish I had ordered hot.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Little Taste of New Mexico — and a Wonderful Memory I recently ordered from the Hatch Green Chile Store as a gift for my Aunt Pat, who grew up in New Mexico along with my late father. I was hoping to send her a little taste of home, and this turned out to be so much more than just a food order. The quality was excellent, everything arrived just as expected, and most importantly, it absolutely made her day. For her, the flavors of New Mexico brought back memories of growing up there with her brother, my dad, and that made this gift especially meaningful to both of us. There are certain foods that have a way of taking you back to a particular place and time, and authentic New Mexico green chile is definitely one of them. I really appreciate that a small, family-run business is working to share something so special to New Mexico with people all across the country. Thank you for helping me give my Aunt Pat a little piece of home — and a reminder of some very special family memories. We'll definitely be ordering again! Five stars, without hesitation!”
