“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Little Taste of New Mexico — and a Wonderful Memory I recently ordered from the Hatch Green Chile Store as a gift for my Aunt Pat, who grew up in New Mexico along with my late father. I was hoping to send her a little taste of home, and this turned out to be so much more than just a food order. The quality was excellent, everything arrived just as expected, and most importantly, it absolutely made her day. For her, the flavors of New Mexico brought back memories of growing up there with her brother, my dad, and that made this gift especially meaningful to both of us. There are certain foods that have a way of taking you back to a particular place and time, and authentic New Mexico green chile is definitely one of them. I really appreciate that a small, family-run business is working to share something so special to New Mexico with people all across the country. Thank you for helping me give my Aunt Pat a little piece of home — and a reminder of some very special family memories. We'll definitely be ordering again! Five stars, without hesitation!”

“Moved to SL City 3yrs ago after living in NM for 40yrs & one of the things I missed mostly was not getting my Hatch Green Chili. Finally have a taste of good ole NM with this green chili, Love this stuff on everything. It’s 110% GREAT”

“I placed an advanced order of Hatch Chile. I received it once the season was up and running. It was perfectly!! I roasted, packaged, and froze it to use later. I am so pleased with the service and product I received, and plan on ordering again next season. I highly recommend The Hatch Chile Store!!”

“My order arrived in a timely manner. I love the Hatch fresh chile, however, getting it ready to use in the jar was wonderful. The taste was just as delicious as if it were freshly roasted. Living in Ohio and not having access to the delicious Hatch Red and Green Chile I grew up on makes the ordering and shipping from your business something of a “lifeline” for my NM recipes. Keep up the great job!”

“I placed an order for 5 lbs of frozen chiles and added shipping insurance for the order. It was delivered late, the box was smashed and there was no ice left at all and the chiles were completely thawed. I contacted Hatch Chile Store within the time frame they ask for pictures, was told they were reciecved and it would be fixed. That was over a month ago and I have heard nothing else. No refund, no replacement, no communication. Will not order from them again.”
