“I have been ordering for several years, ranging from fresh chilis to dried chili pods and a lot of in between. I have ordered products for gifts to family and friends and they have never "goofed up"an order. When I have ordered fresh chilis, they've arrived in great condition. Can't say enough good things about them. Recently I had to move to live with my daughter and her family and am quite as I have been able to find some of their products on the grocery store shelves here.”

“Made Green Chile stew with a jar of green chile. Turned out incredible. Made some salsa with Christmas chile jar by adding homemade chimichuri to it. Had it with venison steak. Pretty darn satisfied after the long wait ( over 3 weeks) for my order.”

“The 12” ristra is a new member of my kitchen. First thing I did was make a red chile sauce with 20 Hatch chilies, 10 de Arbol, an onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, Mexican oregano, and homemade chicken stock. Mmmm. Pressure canned 4 pints with a little for the fridge.”

“Once we discovered Hatch Green Chiles, we ordered first the fresh from this store and then learned quickly it is much easier to buy the roasted and frozen. Absolutely love the service and the product(s) from The Hatch Chile Store. Have been buying regularly since 2018. I use them for cooking and sauces. Only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner.”
