“The New Mexico green chile from Hatch Chile Store is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentically New Mexican. Delivery is always prompt, and having the chile already roasted and chopped is a tremendous benefit for me at this stage of my life. I can enjoy the wonderful flavor of New Mexico green chile without all the work of roasting, peeling, and chopping it myself. Great quality and wonderful convenience!”

“This was my first time ordering fresh Chiles and roasting them. I ordered 2 10lb boxes 1 hot and 1 medium, I never anticipated the chilies to taste as good as they did. The medium has a great flavor and heat level where the hot really kicks it up. I will be ordering another box to stock up the freezer”

“This was my first time using you, i had used another place previously. I was very happy using the HGCS. They kept me informed of when the chili's were going to ship and had an option to move the shipping date if needed. When the chil arrived I was very happy with the content. Roasted them the next day. Now I have another shipment coming.”

“Mixed results. I had three orders. The one to my mom was perfect no problems. The second I received at my home and the whole batch was spoiled. I notified them within one hour of arrival. They said they would send a replacement which I never received. The third batch was suppose to be extra hot they were more like medium to hot. I’m just sad because I look forward to roasting and packaging them every year.”

“My wife has northern New Mexico roots so the only chile's we eat are from Hatch, NM. We have ordered chiles for the past few years from the Hatch Chile Store and the service and delivery has been exemplary. We had a chile roasting party last Sunday and the staff was very accomodating in making sure our chiles arrived on time. We ordered Medium, Hot, and XHOT chiles and Hatch chiles are a staple for us, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also ordered riestras from this store and they are truly beautiful and we get compliments all the time from friends who visit our home. Hatch Chile Store is 5 STARS in all aspects from customer service, quality of products, delivery, and communications. This is our GO TO STORE for HATCH CHILES!”
