“Products are delicious and service is great. We have been ordering their roasted green chiles, tamales and chile rellenos for the past 3+ years. They all arrive frozen; the chiles are packed flat and fit very compactly in the freezer. The bags are resealable so you can just remove what you need for your recipe.”

“Actually, I haven't opened any of the jars yet as waiting until family are here for Easter. I know they will be absolutely delicious and addictive as I have always purchased Hatch items when I can find them in local stores. My only concern is how hard it was to find the expiration date on the jars. When shopping in person, I look for that before putting an item in my cart. Thanks for making these items accessible to me. I spent decades in Southern Colorado and many trips to New Mexico.”

“The jar of green chili sauce was kind of sweet tasting. The regular green chili's in jar was good mixed my own meat and garlic an onion power and cooked was really good. Wish I would of got the hot.”

“Well, been away for awhile, got back to chile country and the surrounding areas. Life is good. In fact so good that I have made green chile cheeseburgers 2 times in 2 weeks. (diet). I must savor the flavor. If you have not had this outstanding chile product you owe it to yourself to enjoy one of lifes pleasures.”
