“I have purchased hominy, red and green tamales, and chile rellenos from The Hatch Chile Store, and all have been great. After growing up in NM where it is easy to obtain the items or their ingredients, moving to New England was a problem. It is nice to find a store to order quality products from. Some people may balk at the prices, but they need to keep in mind that some of the products are labor intensive.”

“Great green chile. Received the chile (25 lbs) on time and in good shape. Roasted them on the grill that night and put most in the freezer for our year's supply. Tried some in enchiladas the next day. So good. That's why we keep coming back to the Hatch Chile Store. Tough when you move away from New Mexico, so I'm glad I found this store.”

“I moved to TN and I miss NM and NM food, when I came across your page I was excited to find green Chile, your product is outstanding as well as the customer service. My order of fresh product was delivered and my Chile was awesome. I went straight to the grill and started roasting it, the smell made me miss NM. The Chile itself was very good, excellent pods,very meaty, easy to roast,easy to peel and the taste is awesome thanks so much.”
