“I have ordered fresh green chiles from the Hatch Chile Store every year for more than a decade now. And every year they deliver, without exception, the freshest, most beautiful, exquisite taste of New Mexico that anyone could ever ask for. Last year there was a little mix up on the part of the shipper and my chile was delayed. The folks in the office immediately replaced the delayed boxes and provided excellent customer service. They said they just wanted me to have really fresh chile and told me how good the ones they were picking right then were. They didn't lie! As a displaced New Mexican I just can't do without my autumn ritual of chile roasting and freezer packing. I'm so grateful to be able to get consistently fresh and beautiful chile all the way across the ocean in Hawai'i. If you're on the fence about buying from these folks just do it!!! You'll be so glad you did!”

“User friendly website, great product lineup, and extremely tasty!! I am in love with everything I've tried so far. I bought 12 jars and recently tried the sweet and spicy mustard, red and green hatch chili sauce, and the BBQ sauce. All are extremely tasty, thick flavorful, and perfectly portrayed in the advertisements. I personally turned the sweet and spicy mustard jar upside down to show my family the quality and consistency of the product..none poured out. I love these products. Can't wait to buy more after I make my way through the 12 jars. I regularly try to find different foods to use it on.”

“I figured I’d try some medium green chili and see if it was that good since it has a money back guarantee! I’ve almost eaten a whole jar in the past week! It is sooooo good! Just like the gentleman/owner says….It ain’t happening! Definitely ordering more and trying more of your products too! Thank you for a quality product made right here in the USA!”
