“My girlfriend is from New Mexico and these extra hot green chiles are her favorite. We get these shipped to New York for the holidays and just for the heck of it sometimes. We also love their green and red chile tamales. Customer service quickly handled the one minor problem I ever had instantly. They were very responsive. Great company!”

“This is the third year we bought 🥵 diced green 🌶️ from this vendor. The order process is easy and good selection, but it’s not as hot as hoped. The dicing keeps getting larger. Almost an inch in some cases. And I wish they would state the variety. Extremely quick and perfect delivery.”

“I won't go into to much detail, but this company has the greatest customer service ever. In today's world of not caring about customers, dealing with The Hatch Chile Store was a breath of fresh air. They really do give a damn. If you are in the market for a great Hatch Chile, please do yourself a favor and buy from this company. “Great experience ordering medium heat chopped frozen green chilis. I have to say I will get hot next time though. My wife and I both felt the medium wasn't very hot at all. It may be to some people though. :-)”

“I ordered a 5 LB box for my sister in NH. It arrived okay, but the chile is barely roasted, and the medium is less than mild at best! The excellent chile flavor is missing, it tastes like we're eating bell peppers. We had to add a jar of Southwest 505 Chile to improve upon the VERY expensive $80 box of chile. As a native New Mexican I was appalled and embarrassed for talking this chile up so grandly only to be completely disappointed.”
