“Got my Hatch Chiles in today. Beautiful. Too bad I received hot instead of medium like I ordered. As someone with gastroenteritis I would not order hot. Did call the number given, no help, was offered a 40% discount on another 10 lbs. Thanks, but no thanks. SO looking forward to them, when I lived in Texas we would make a pilgrimages every year. I did gift them to a friend who can still hang with the Hot stuff!”

“My order of the jarred green peppers & also 2 jars of the red peppers arrived very timely along with the pazole. I can’t wait for our first chill in the air so I can break out my new & trusted recipes. ( I live in the San Antonio, TX area, so it’s not quite cool enough yet) Wishing you a great Season 2026 ! “I placed a large order of hot and xtra hot fresh green Chiles. They shipped them to a small island in Alaska in August, and there was not one bad chile in the bunch. They were perfect and are delicious! Thank you!”

“This is not the first year I have ordered in advance for the harvest, but the first time I ever had a shipment delayed by UPS holding it in their reception in NM and then due to the lateness of their shipping, the box ended up not being delivered until 3 days late. Some of the product had started "deteriorating" by the time they were delivered, but Hatch Chile Store monitors the travel for their chile and sent me an unrequested email stating they knew about the problem, and were sending a replacement box of chile at no cost to me during the next ship cycle! YOU CANNOT ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT! Great company and great product.”

“I made an preorder for extra hot chile and paid exrta for fast delivery but it took alittle bit longer so alot of the chile wilted. but I got an E-Mail letting know about the shipping problem and said they would make it right by sending me a box to make it right. That is fine with me.”

“I ordered two 5lb. Boxes of Hatch Green Chili, one medium and one hot. The medium heat range box was slow getting here or the outside heat got to it. Either way, the Hatch Green Chile store made it good by shipping my second box over night. Maybe UPS isn’t the best choice for shipping. I love the chile, and think the Hatch Green Chile store is the best. I love Hatch Green Chile. Thanks,G”

“The medium and hot are very good, especially the stuffed pork loin with chili and cheese. I look forward to using in venison and green chili stew this winter. I did not have one bad pod in either box during shipment. Thank you for the updates this summer.”
