“Thank you Hatch!!! We order every year. Went with 50lbs xtra hot! Arrived fresh and on time just as promised!! Woke up and roasted at 7am! Got to beat the heat in order to eat the heat! Haha!! Thank you again. You are all amazing!”

“I ordered frozen green chili and recieved it warm and the chili rellenoes where hot. I was there when delivered so they never set out. Had to throw in garbage as not sure how long they had been warm for. I don't think I will order again.”

“The Hatch Chile Store customer service is excellent. I delayed the shipment of my order because I was out of town and didn't want to miss a sale. There was a glitch in getting that order rescheduled for delivery. I reached the customer service via the Chat and then I was put in touch with them via email. The agent was caring and knowledgable and kept me informed during the process; she was able to get my delivery back on schedule and I received the order two days later.”

“Hatch Chile Salsa was excellent. The Hatch green chile tamales were delicious. The Hatch green chile tortillas lacked a little something even though they tasted great. They fell apart in the bag before they were opened.”

“The chilies this year are amazing! I became a Hatch Chile fan many years ago (57). I am exited to have a connection to a farm in Hatch New Mexico that ships these incredible chilies. I have had a great experience with the Hatch Chile Store, very customer friendly and very good communication. I received my order on time and my now my freezer is stocked with the X-Hot Lumbre chilies. All you have to do is to roast them on the grill, peel them and remove the seeds. For me, it took 3.5 hours for 5lbs. The labor of chili, so good. Can't wait until next year's crop! Thanks, for all the hard work. We appreciate it! Don't listen to negative reviews.”

“I like the red chili pistachios, mild flavor. The green chili pistachios are delightful and have a nice spicy kick to them! Yumminess! The sweet and hot pecans are absolutely amazing! I had to hide them as I would have eaten the whole package at once! Will be ordering those again and may try some other tasty sounding things.”

“I am just a home cook who enjoys Hatch Green Chile. And this year's crop didn't disappoint. I order Hot every season. The Chile roasted well, and came out as expected. The fantastic Chile taste on the front and on the back end the heat that's perfect. Who needs a furnace to heat your home in the winter, when you have Hatch Green Chile to warm you up.”

“First, the customer service is absolutely fantastic. The communication was regular, and they let me know when my fresh chilies would be ready, ship and arrive. Received our order today and wow, they are fantastic! I roasted up a bunch and have them ready for some recipes we are going to try from the Website. We will certainly be ordering again!”

“I ordered frozen chilies that sat in UPS trucks for too long, and they were ruined when they arrived. USP's fault. Hatch Chili Store immediately offered to send out a new batch without issue. I love them for this this. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered 10 pds of medium heat chiles. Next time I will do faster shipping as I had asked for two day shipping and it is hot as# here in Utah. Maybe lost two of very many. Roasted all that day for a chile verde. Tastes amazing added roasted tomatillos. The spice was exactly what I wanted. Usually thinking I’ll add a jalapeños or two. No need. Super duper going to order again.”

“I wanted one pack of chili Reno's and one pack of chicken chimichangas. Not sure how it happened but two Reno's were ordered . Before they shipped I alerted your staff. They agknowledged the error through email. Evidently they got tired of waiting for my response (by email) 3 days,then shipped them anyway. They knew I didn't want two packs but shipped them anyway. Not happy. Oh BTW Reno's are just parr.”
