“I Received my case of green chili and red tamalas and chili relleno's. I was pleased with the packaging, everything was still frozen. So now that I'm living in NY and wasn't able to be with my family in NM. For the last few years. It was nice to feel like home when I tasted my Hatch chili products. Because when I was home. There wasn't a day we didn't have it with Every Meal. Thank you for being a part of my Family, especially when I can't be there so easily now. God bless you 🙏”

“This is the gold standard of hatch chile! I love the matador and big Jim so much I eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon!!! It’s so good to not have to eat the canned stuff that you get from the store! There is no comparison to the product that you get from 575!!! Love it!!!”
