“When I moved to Vermont,I mourned the loss of hatch chili! I love Vermont and Vermonters but they have no concept of a great roasted chili pepper. Then I found The Hatch Chili Store. I order fresh peppers, they arrive in rural Vermont in two days, and then i roast them myself —- and I am back in heaven. The peppers arrive in great shape and fill my house with my favorite aroma. Thank you!”

“It is amazing, as expected. And this year was a learning experience for me. Had a binge day on Thursday. Had blood drawn on Friday. Never knew that Green Chile is a rich source of Vitamin K, till now. Had to increase my blood thinner dose, just for a day. Now I'm being less binge-y. At least for a while.”

“The chile arrived in good shape in spite of the massive heat wave we are experiencing. The pods were large and firm. I roasted them over a charcoal fire, removed the skins and seeds and froze them for enjoyment this winter. I ordered the medium heat and that's exactly what they are, in fact a bit more mild than medium. I know this depends upon many factors but Hatch chile is wonderful no matter what the heat level because of the chile flavor independent from the Scoville units.”

“My order arrived and upon opening it I was surprised to that my rellenos were open and half them in shipping container. Other packages, one was totally thawed and the other was close behind. After spending $180 for 3 packages of tamales and rellenos, I contacted you and have not received a response to my problem!”

“I’ve eaten it for years . My husbands family is from Alvie so, we’ve eaten for many years. We used to buy them fresh and roast them out selves. We found your company and at first thought your prices were vey high. But, as we’ve gotten older it’s easier to get then this way. Thank you”
