“Seasonings and sauces are great, however the tamales quality and costs are over rated and way too expensive. If you were down the street I would return them.”

“I've purchased fresh chilies direct from Hatch twice now and they're the best! In the past I purchased bushel boxes from the local market when they'd have their summer delivery/roasting event but buying them direct from Hatch has proven to get us the freshest, top quality chilies. I've also purchased jars of chopped hot chilies and they too are great.”

“The Hatch Chile Store has supplied my family in Vermont with fresh Hatch Chile for a VERY long time! We lived in NM for 5 years in the 80's and have never given up our love for fresh NM/Hatch Green Chile. My kids have had Green Chile Turkey Enchiladas every Christmas for so many years that one year I didn't make it (or wasnt going to, we do Turkey christmas eve and the enchiladas Christmas day) and I then realized we had a tradition! I keep it frozen in my freezer. I roast and peel and then as time goes on, I order the roasted and peeled from The Hatch Chile Store. It NEVER disappoints!!! Thank you Hatch Chile Store!!!”

“I love their tamales, both the pork and the chicken. The meat is tender and plentiful. And the price is appealing, too. The food arrives packed in dry ice, frozen, but I’m able to separate each individual tamale and bag them separately for a quick lunch or dinner.”

“Love love their products. I use to live in NM and anyone who moves know there is nothing like hatch green chili. the Hatch green chili store makes it possible for me to have green chili all year long and I get their chili Reno’s tamales and salsa too. They have the best customer service as my shipment was damaged and they did not hesitate get me a new shipment out as the orginal had defrosted. They are the most friendly people and total customer focused. I use them at Christmas time to make my friends and family happy to get some hatch products. Thanks for all you do and for caring about putting out an awesome product and taking care of your customers”

“Many of the peppers had mushy spots to them when I opened the box the day they were delivered. I get the fact it's fresh produce and needs to be immediately refrigerated, but i believe they need to be sent as refrigerated to achieve a better outcome when delivered. The peppers that weren't mushy, are very flavorful and delicious! Not sure how you would achieve the refrigerated/chilled packaging for delivery, but when it's over 100° outside and you ship things that set inside a box and inside a shipping container, the heat intensifies drastically and the produce doesn't stand much of a chance to stay "fresh"... maybe split the 25lb box into two separate boxes and hope for a better outcome??? I really don't have the answers, but think something needs to happen to keep the peppers at a more stable temperature! Packing them too tightly together also amplifies their temperature and starts them rotting before they even get to your door! Would i order from you again? Absolutely, but guaranteed it won't be in the 25lb box next time! Smaller sometimes is better! The peppers speak for themselves once you taste them! And I shouldn't be upset with 11 peppers being spoiled out of the 25lbs I received, and honestly I am not upset just wanted all of them to be perfect and have the chance to be eaten after a long wait for them! Pre-ordered them back in February and counted the days til they arrived!”

“I was so excited to receive my fresh green chile. All was in great condition we began roasting with in hours the smell was amazing. I made chicken enchiladas the next day it was delicious I ordered medium and it was perfect. We left New Mexico a couple years ago we missed the red and green chile now we don’t have too.”

“Mine arrived 2 days after shipping to a rural location, so very fast. The peppers were of high quality and had no loss/rot or bug problems. They roasted up nicely and have just the right amount of heat and great flavor. Will order again. This was my second time ordering.”

“I recently moved from Colorado to sunny Florida. I didn't realize how quick I was going to miss green chilies. The Hatch Store fixed all my issues. I ordered 5 lbs. of medium and 5 lbs. of mild. The medium were absolutely perfect for some Colorado breakfast burritos. My first order was delayed and came thawed they didn't hesitate to reship my order the next day. That order came perfectly frozen. Their customer service was first class. I see myself being a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you for sending a little New Mexico to Florida.”

“I hadn’t seen the cost of postage until it was too late. It was more than the cost of the tortillas. AND it took 20 days to arrive. Ridiculous. The tortillas were ok.”

“I have placed several orders from Hatch. Each order was delivered quickly and timely. They always communicate the timeline and if any changes are required. The last order I received was fresh green chili. It was fresher than I ever found in the grocery stores when I lived in the area. My house smelled so wonderful with the fresh green chili roasting. “Our Oder of Hatch chili’s arrived in great condition and were huge. We roast and then I put on cookie sheets into the freezer so when I put in freezer bags I can take out how much I want as they are individually frozen. This the third time we have ordered and each time the experience was great”
