“We have not tried the frozen chilies yet. The chili rellenos had a bit too much flour for me. The chilies themselves were rather tough, and had to be cut with knife and fork. I think this is just part of the process of needing to make them, then freeze them. I’ve made chili rellenos myself, and they are primarily an egg/egg white batter and then fried. Keep trying!”

“Hi. I’ve ordered from you before and the chile was delicious. The chile I just ordered was medium but is not hot at all. It also has no flavor. I grew up in Las Cruces and love chile. It very disappointing. Thanks. Lori Luschei”

“Ordered and UPS delivered to the wrong location. The Hatch Green Chili folks were willing to send a new jar free of charge when I notified them. I appreciate it very much. There was no need. UPS corrected the mistake and redelivered the jar of chili to me. It is delicious. Reminds me of Blakes. Brought me back to NM for the night. Thank you guys for making the best green chili in the world! I'll for sure order more when this jar runs out.”

“Relieved my jars of Hatch 575 and my Chile tortillas nicely packaged and within a few days of ordering. I was pleased to see the ingredients were all legible and no preservatives. Label says to use jar within 7 days, that wasn't an issue. I put it on everything, 7 days and I'm almost done with my second jar.”

“The chilli/cheese tamales were very disappointing. No cheese very little chilli. Basically a tamale wrapper with corn meal. I don’t mind spending a lot for good quality, but this was not quality.”

“Let me just say, Hatch Chile Store is the only place you should buy your chili's from!! The Chili's arrive frozen and in great condition. I couldn't wait to make a big batch of green chili and I was not disappointed! Thank you so much for a wonderfully delicious product! The customer service is outstanding!
