“I'm a very old man at 95. Way back in 1952, I graduated with a BSEE from Notre Dame and came to work at Sandia in Albuquerque on atom bomb test. All of us new engineers shared houses with other singles and began to find girl friends. It turned out that my new girl friend's roommate was from Hatch. Most recently I spend a LOT of time on YouTube, and followed Heull Howser, who did a program on annual 4 trucks with burlap bags of Hatch chilis which came to gatherings of roastings in La Puente. My mouth watered and so I ordered several bottles. Then a few months later another batch. Ymmmm.”

“Received my box of fresh hot green chile today here in space coast of Florida. Everything is good! Being born and raised in NM, every year I get enough to get me through the year. This crop is outstanding. Not one bad chile in the 25 lb box! And hot! Thanks for the as advertised treat! I started air fryer roasting. Works for me!”

“That chili I got was very good as a 50 pound box I was just looking yesterday. You’re gonna get a 25 pound box and it’s a lot more expensive for the 50 pound boxes available still and what is the price difference thank you”

“Best company for online chile sales. Website easy, ordering easy, prices fair and excellent customer service. I ovedout of the Southwest but my family retained their immense love for green chile I have tried different companies over the years. “Box was open and slightly crushed; probably lost some chile. I emailed the company with pictures and Owner said I should have opted for the more expensive shipping method (overnight) so this wouldn’t have happened. I will find another company to buy my chile from next year.”
