“I am from NM and moved to Ohio 27 years ago, but I come home regularly. The #1 thing that I've missed is access to green chili. I had 6 jars of your Hot Green Chili mailed to me in Ohio, and I was not only amazed at the heat and flavor of your green chili, but the PRICE to send it to me was AMAZING!! I will not be going without my green chili ever again. Thank you! You've allowed me to have a little bit of home in every meal that I have.”

“I love hatch Chiles and the ones that were sent were fresh and delicious. I live in Hawaii and cannot purchase them locally in New Mexico which would be my first choice. But this is definitely my second choice.”

“We have been buying our chilis from the Hatch Chili Store for many years, and every year, the quality has been consistenly excellent. We always pre-order and our most recent order of 25 lbs of extra hot arrived a couple weeks ago and didn't disappoint. They arrived absolutly fresh, with no bad ones, and were immediately roasted on our grill, bagged up 5-6 per bag, and in the freezer. The heat level is exactly what we wanted and the flavor is off the charts. The ordering, customer servce, communications and shipping were also just excellent. We won't buy chilis or the dry chili powder (red and green) from anywhere else.”

“Anything Hatch Chile Store makes is delicious! I now make my chile verde pork with hatch green 505 flame roasted hatch valley green chile. I made 20 green chile pork burritos 2weeks ago for a group and they were a big hit! Being in a crockpot for 6hours with pork was Devine! I also love love your Hatch 575 chile red sauce (medium), it made great chicken enchiladas! This makes my life easier and delicious with these great jars of sauce from Hatch! Next I'm going to to use it to make my beef chile colorado in a crockpot! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Thank You so so much for all your products, I've tried a lot! I'm such a fan for The Hatch Chile Store!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you😊”
