“Being from Arizona and now living in Indiana I was excited to see a few food products at the grocery store with Hatch green chilies in them. Then when I found you online I was more than excited to purchase things directly from you. No green chilies tastes better than Hatch green chilies.”

“The order I received was not in good shape, all of the peppers were wilted and soft on delivery. I thought the peppers were supposed to be fresh not sitting in a hot warehouse getting destroyed. I'm not sure if you ruined the order ir the delivery company did, but I got about 5 good peppers out of the five pounds and had gto throw the rest away. I was very disappointed.”

“I thought they cost to much then I realized cost was about $6 each which I think is very reasonable. These are very easy to heat up and tasty. I will purchase again. I love hatch chili and in the past it was not easy to get. This store make it so easy Thankyou”

“We order chile every year from you. This year. One of our boxes of chike was molded. Several Chiles were mushy & soggy. We were still able to roast some of the Chiles. Packaging & shipping went longer I believe. We will still order chile from you but was disappointed with the one box out of the 2 that we ordered. I will tell you. We ordered extra hot & it is extra hot We love it.”

“Ordering fresh whole chilis from Hatach Chile Store is a ritual I take pleasure in every year. A box arrives every year with what I've ordered fully intact, no damages. Immediately we wash and dry them and grill them on our outdoor grill; steam them in a bag. I enjoy peeling them and wrapping each them in cello wrap and freezing. The wonderful aroma from the grill... the entire process is such a joy for a each year. Love this Chile Store... the best!!”

“We received our Chile order & promptly made chiles rellenos. We were shocked when the chiles were hot; we ordered mild. We had to give the rest of the chile packages away; very disappointing.”
