“By far the worst green chilis we have ever had. NOT!!!! They are worth every dime. They showed up on time, there wasn't a bad pepper in the box, and they were giant and tasted amazing! Will be ordering every year from now on. Absolutely a true first class product. Thanks for what you do.”

“Taste wise they were delicious, but the price was outrageous. I cooked them once by themselves in another time and making an enchilada like dish. Flavor was perfect. Price was not.”

“After recieving my (medium) Hatch chiles, I threw them on my grill and roasted them so I could peel them and portion them out to make my Colorado Pork Green Chili. They arrived in perfect condition, and I will be buying from you again....Thanks Mike”

“I have ordered 3 times this year, the second shipment was late and a lot of chilis were not eatable, but you guys send me an email telling me that a new shipment was being send to me at no cost. If and when I receive this free shipment I will rate you with 5 stars and recommend you to anyone.”
